Used this company for approximately one year cleaning my residential home. In thr beginning they were great, and every clean thorough. As the months went on I noticed their attention to detail slipping and they rushed through the job more. The last time I found matted dog hair still on my kitchen floor under the table (they didn't move the chairs to mop under), and none of the surfaces in the kitchen had been cleaned. It started me looking elsewhere in my home and discovered dust and dog fur in every room. I took pictures and showed it to the lead cleaner (Tyler maybe?). He absolutely admitted that it wasn't acceptable and not their level of excellence. But never offered to have them come back and redo the clean. I canceled further cleanings at that point. I think they do fine for basic cleanings, but after they have "wowed" you, they will cut corners. Not sure they can handle a busy house with multiple kids and pets (literally the reason I needed a cleaner).
