I called to ask whether Brokate Janitorial offers make-ready cleaning services between move-outs and move-ins in apartment communities. While they do not, the woman with whom I spoke was exceptionally pleasant and willing to assist me when I asked her whether she knew of any companies she could recommend. She was honest to say she wasn't sure specifically what services they each offer but did provide me the names of three companies. After my experience calling other companies this morning, her taking a couple extra moments to help me felt like she was going the extra mile and I must say the kind gesture was appreciated. I don't know her name, but thank you to the person who took my call around 9:40 on the morning of July 27, 2022.

We use Vanguard cleaning for our offices in Springfield, MO and Rogers, AR. First of all, it's so nice to have one company that can cover many locations, over a couple states. Second of all, they do amazing work! We have never had a company that has such a high quality of perfomance and we never have to ask if they showed up or not.
