Absolute worst cleaning company in town. We’ve been fortunate to have had incredible cleaning companies working at our businesses and homes in the past, so I was completely caught off guard by our experience with Mager’s Cleaning.

They came to our new construction and ruined nearly every window (both interior and exterior) when they vigorously etched into them with their cleaning tools.

We couldn’t believe it when this “Christian” company refused to take responsibility for the nearly $60k worth of damage they did. We found out the hard way how honest and integrity oriented they truly are. Using a faith based cloak to market under should have been our first clue. These people are liars, crooks and absolute vandals. They are untrustworthy hacks misrepresenting a higher power they are completely out of touch with. May God have mercy on their souls.

Follow up to Mager’s Cleaning response to my review: Yes, it was beyond frustrating when nearly every window in my new construction home had to be replaced delaying our move in by months. To insinuate that my review was slanderous is exactly what I would expect from cowards such as yourselves. When we originally called the office to report the destruction, we were told by Randy Magers (owner) they would cover our damage. Unfortunately, when they realized the scope of their mistake, they waited weeks to contact their insurance company hoping it would go away. When we turned the heat up, Mark Brown (manager) came to our home and denied responsibility. Mark claimed his team, “said they didn’t do it”, and he was taking their word against ours. It was immediately understandable that Mark was going to be nothing but condescending to a woman such as myself. He said the deep etching from cleaning tools must have been someone else. From what we put together, the other owner, Diana Magers, was unwilling to accept responsibility in an effort to not have yet another major claim turned into their insurer. When we finally got an adjuster to our home they recognized the damage could have only come from Mager’s amateur squeegee squad. Luckily they agreed to cover our claim BUT Mager’s Cleaning requested our builder chip in almost 10k to help them take care of it. This whole ordeal was an emotionally devastating, drug out nightmare. No one should ever have confidence in this company and no owner should ever lose sleep wondering if this company’s lies are going to overshadow the truth. Unfortunately, we found out too late that this is a common theme with them. Thankful to finally have this mess behind us and we pray that the replacement windows have the same integrity as the originals. Hopefully this clarification of events and idea of their character will save someone from having to experience this.

Absolutely terrible cleaning effort from this company my real estate agent hired to clean my home after move out. The photos tell everything, but will added some comments. The invoice I am paying shows 6.5 hours of effort for $299 on a completely empty house. All I really wanted them to do was vacuum the carpet and make sure hardwood floor was shiny. Yes, I moved out, but am not far away, so went back to check their work since bill was $299, I ran my own vacuum on upstairs carpet first (full canister) and also the living room (half-full), check out the canisters! For the hardwood kitchen and dining room areas ran a wet paper towel test, check that too, floor was still dirty! My agent sent them the photos, she knew I was not happy paying this bill, never heard back so I guess they don't care. Find a better cleaner, with this one you will need to clean yourself afterwards, and if not around like I was, you may get ripped off.

If you are looking for top notch residential cleaning Mager's Elite is the company! I had my interior and exterior windows cleaned as well as my flooring. It was wonderful to have this done and exceed my expectations. Their office staff is kind, professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again!

I don’t know what kind of magic Magers Elite cleaning team uses, but my house went from “someone call a reality TV show” to “did a model home move in here?” 😄
