They showed up at the precise time they had scheduled, and completed the project of unclogging the plumbing pipes precisely. They had to climb up on the roof to do it, which I don't think many other plumbers would have known. After several years, the laundry is running without flooding the garage or the kitchen sink, flawless work, transparent pricing and very good service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hired Rise Services for plumbing work at my house and couldn’t be happier with the results. Alen was extremely professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Called about getting our septic checked because it did not pass the inspection for the closing on the house. The man I spoke to was very rude and did not want to help us at all.

Whites septic saved the day. I've never had a septic system and they took the time to show me what to do. I would give them ten stars. I would highly recommend them to anybody with a septic system

Called to schedule appointment for my business and older gentleman answered. Asked what kind of business and a few other minor questions. For him to say he guess he can do it. Then I asked him would he be able to accept CC he stated "Cash or Check" Since it's a business I asked could he provide a W-9 for me to write him a check. When he replied Giving me a W-9 for a check is not worth his time find someone else. Then he hung up. Really rude.

I needed emergency service right before Christmas and Roland was more then happy to help me out of a bad situation with my tank that was full and was backing up in the house. He was very affordable
and awesome with the prompt service. I will use this company for my regular maintenance service.

I highly recommend White Septic for septic system pumping service. They showed up next day of calling them up. They arrived on schedule and were knowlegeble, friendly, professional and worked very quickly. They saved us from bigger septic problem. Will definitely used them again!

White Septic is the worse company I have ever come across. The owner Roland Miles drove into our sons basketball hoop, ripping the rim and net. Our son and myself witnessed this crazy driver, and asked him for his insurance due too the damage he caused. He brushed off our concerns and told us it was already damaged, this was unbelievable. He rudely left while speeding and nearly running me over with his truck.
Nightmare owner and company.

A1 was great all around. They answered the phone at 3:59pm and showed up the next day at 10am (though they did try to contact me to come even earlier! Devin and Jeremy were very respectful. They explained everything they were doing and were in and out in less than an hour. They even took a minute to help train my puppy to not jump on people! A1 was recommened to me by my mechanic and I'm so happy he did.

Make sure they tell you its a $300 "show up" fee before they get to your house. But hey, since I didn't have a detectable leak - they brought it down to $200. Thanks!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD!
We hired this firm to find water line leak. The spot they identified had no leak..no water pipe there. We have asked for refund( as they guarantee work, but despite 6 attempts....no response. Classless. Dont waste money on this firm.
