I had them come out to locate an outdoor leak beneath some pavers because i wanted to minimize things like digging time by my plumber to find the leak, and disturb as few pavers as possible. They came out and was told that they would be within 3 feet of where they marked it. The leak was 6 feet away. Extra digging time and a whole lot more pavers to pay someone to re install. I called and explained what had happened to see if they would be willing to refund part of the cost to offset the additional time and labor costs that i now need to make. I was told that they only offer to come out again to find the leak. The leak was already found and repaired after two additional hours of labor and a whole lot more pavers that now have to be put back in.

I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. They did a great job jetting the line and got everything flowing properly again. Solid experience all around and I’d definitely call them again.
