Arrived in a timely manner, was very pleasant and got to work promptly. Installed two toilets and cleared a blockage. Also able to replace hot water system which was leaking.
Cleaned up and removed old toilets and hot water tank.
Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

I had an amazing experience with CGC from start to finish. My sales rep, Diane Ingram, was so friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The service techs were friendly and respectful of my house and time. Now that my water softener and RO system is up and running, I question how I ever lived without it. Great tasting water and now my skin and hair are as soft as a baby.

I just moved to ST John’s Florida and purchased the non electric Kinetico product. I had Kinetico in my old house and loved it. I expect this to be the same. The sales man was polite and knowledgeable. The installer was excellent, and did very good work.

I would have rated the entire experience as a 5 star, accept that they charged for the 10 year warranty. If the product is as good as they say it is, I believe they should warrant the product for it. Outside of that, it was an excellent experience!

Extremely easy and fast transaction. I got a quote from a local company and a big box retailer. I had a challenging and costly installation. Long story short, a competitor referred me to them and stated “best system on the market”.

The technicians were knowledgeable about their products, they explained everything to me. They took their time to make sure the installation was done to standard. They cleaned up everything once they were done and it looks great. I got the space saver Kenetico, pictures don't do it justice it looks way better in person.

Elvin did an excellent job renewing our home water filtration system. He worked efficiently and effectively, and he was a pleasure to have in our house.

We purchased a Kinetico water softener and whole-house water filter (including installation and removal of our existing water softener that was no longer working) from CGC Home Services. Though the price was more than what we wanted to pay, we felt it was reasonable when taking into consideration the quality of Kinetico and the warranty.

Unfortunately, we had a problem after the installation with carbon media from the filter coming through the water lines in the house. We contacted CGC Home Services and they immediately arranged for one of their technicians (Elvin) to come out. Elvin addressed part of the problem, but not completely.

We contacted CGC Home Services again, and the following morning they sent Caleb Ghee. We cannot say enough good things about Caleb. He methodically addressed the problem with our water lines and filter system, cleaned everything out from the lines as well as providing complete explanations of what caused the problem and what he was doing to correct such. Caleb was very respectful and handled himself in a professional manner. He is an excellent representative for CGC Home Services.

Jason Williams delivered salt for my Kinetico water system. Again was on time, called ahead, was very pleasant and even took all the empty bags instead of filling up my trash can. Would highly recommend him as your service personnel. Even recommended I have my water heater cleaned and was glad because knew it needed attention. Thanks Jason!

Mr Moore, a tech with CGC, worked diligently installing my new softer and reverse osmosis system. I appreciated his professional service which in the end, I was pleased with the way both systems looked and functioned. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain any issues or maintenance procedures I was to perform in order for the systems to operate consistently.
