Not legal and intruding into my lane as I'm hauling a legal oversize load. Driver is clearly not safe while on his phone carrying this illegal load.

Hard working and fast! Richard came out and was able to diagnose & fix an existing problem as well as a current one in no time. We will definitely use them again if needed!

We called Priority Plumbing for service at my Mother's home. They came out and did a complete walk around and checked everything and repaired a pipe under ger sink. I spoke with Richard after the job was complete, and his customer service was outstanding. The response and help that I received from Richard could not have been any better. This company knows how to treat a customer. Well Appreciated!!

We had a hot water heater that was leaking and they were very swift to respond---we called at 2:08pm and had some at our house at 3:30pm!! Excellent customer service and upfront, fair price!! We will definitely use their services in the future should the need arise.

We were quoted at most $9500 (see texts screenshots) we then got billed $12,000.00
Then we found out the 2” main water pipe he installed was the wrong type of pipe and didn’t pass inspection. We asked him to come back and install the correct pipe, which he had to because the city was involved, and he installed a one inch pipe inside the two inch pipe. Richard is now refusing to come back and install the correct 2” pipe we originally paid for. I am happy to remove this review one he does what we paid for.

I contacted them and they came out to look at my job. I was told I would get an estimate but that never happened. Even after talking to them a second and third time I still didn't get an estimate. Complete waste of my time.
