Takes way to long to come out and repair shout off valves. Then the repair man was rude!! Would not use them anymore..

They responded quickly to my message and showed up on time when other plumbers did not.

Came out to our house and told us we only needed a part replaced instead of a whole new furnace. Thankful they came out so quick!!

Gearhart became very greedy now: recently, they charged me a 5-minute work about $200! I even purchased the part myself.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. MY DAUGHTER USED THEM AND THEY FLOODED HER 2 ROOMS. TWO OTHER ROOMS THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK STUFF WHEN THEY LEFT AND WATER WAS RUNNING ALL NIGHT. THEY DID NOT SEEM TO CARE AND AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY WENT MIA FOR OVER A WEEK AFTER FLOODING THE BUILDING. TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO SHOW BACK UP AND FINISH THE JOB. THIS IS A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING THAT THEY WORKED ON. NO CALLS. NO SHOW..TO FIX THEINGS ALL THEY DID WAS BRING BIG FLOOR DRYERS AND THEN LEFT THEM FOR THE TWO WEEKS. NO ONE SHOWED UOP THE DAY AFTER OR EVEN A FEW JUST TO SEE IF THINGS WERE OK. MY DAUGHTERS PANTRY IS WARPED AND HER WOOD FLOOR AS WELL.

The tech came in and told my wife one thing and we were billed for an installation that was not told to us. When I reached out to discuss this confusion, I was then met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Would not recommend.

Had frozen pipes to water heater. We called on sub zero morning expecting a long wait list but where hear within a max of two hours. Would highly recommend!
