Shylee did an amazing job! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell she really cares about doing quality work and taking care of her customers. I would absolutely recommend Shylee to anyone looking for great service! The most professional construction company I’ve worked with in the Pacific Northwest.

I would never use a company that has drivers willing to hit a van full of people so they can cut in front of someone, all because they were in the wrong lane to go to the Costco shopping area. If they are willing to drive like that with a colmpany vehicle shows how little they care about anything else.

If i could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Their vehicle literally had hand fulls of rocks spewing out of the back of their truck, and i was behind another vehicle and my windshield got crack 4 times, so I KNOW the vehicle in front of me got it way worse. (I wish I could upload the videos) I called and the tone of the phone operator was of an “oh well what do you want me to do...” other construction companies have claim departments for situations like this. If you’re going to transport cargo, at least have consideration for other vehicles and use a cover over the bed of the truck.

Maddie and Justin were amazing from concept to completion and stayed on budget. Its amazing to have a great civil construction company follow through with such high professionalism and integrity.

They did not fix my mold issue that was making us sick. In fact, they did not find the mold even though I told them where to look(under the shower), they assured me there's no mold there, and that it was only around the toilet.

I had someone else come in and remove it after they had left, and we found a huge rotten hole under shower from water damage and mold right next to where they were checking for mold. This was the main reason I called and what was causing us to get sick.

Did not get the pricing I was originally told. I got surprised with the final bill without receiving any notice ahead of time for the extra charges.

Overall I would not recommend using this particular serv pro, there may be better ones out there but the guys that came out just didn't do their jobs, and on top of that I had to pay about $1k extra on top of what I was told.

Also when I complained to the office they gave me the cold shoulder and didn't offer any remediation for my trouble at all. Save yourself the headache and go with another company for your water damage/mold remediation.

I recently had my basement flooded, I was really sad because it had some very memorable things that got destroyed due to the flood. But I knew who to call, Stephanie was wonder and such a great help I my basement was back to normal in such a timely matter I love how professional this company is I always recommend to my family/friends.
