Roofscapes has been very professional throughout the build with us. We had an older DR Horton house made from OSB and growing mold in various areas due to shitty ventilation. As a part of a mold remediation replacing the roof was the first step. The company did a good inspection of the roof and found more patches or moldy areas inside and also looked at the ventilation. They explored all options with us and did not put us on the high ended product even though they offered it. They recommended the necessities and their price came out 20,000 less then a competitor who came out just as well on their initial inspection. This was also the application of plywood on our roof to replace the osb. There was one incident that summer day where there was rain and they covered it. We had two leaks unknowingly come from into our roof. This was an added issue to our mold can of events as we already had contractors lined up. However rooofscapes diligently worked with us in alignment with our contractors and their own to work through a process in a certain order in which the repairs needed to be completed. They met with our contractors to work in there sheet rock fixes and even repaired the ceiling in the two areas as well as gave us a full ceiling repaint due to the open concepts. Spot painting would not have looked right. They also worked through an are where we had a medallion and chandelier where my husband helped a bit. However they were good in managing the work and letting go where they needed so our other contractors (mold remediation and contractor) could do the work. The leak was a complete accident and they completely wanted to keep customer satisfaction. We worked through things carefully . I do recommend Roofscapes for doing a great job on our roof and top notch for customer satisfaction. They replaces our osb, added venting, and new roofing.

Love my new roof! The entire crew with Roofscapes NW was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. The 'a la carte' choosing of roofing materials made the process easy to understand and much more personal. The end result is amazing! I can honestly say that I have a more modern and durable roof than I see on the homes of many new construction sites. 10/10 no notes! Great experience from start to finish. Mike did a fantastic job walking us through our needs and options and involving us in every step of the decision-making. He gave us a fair and reasonable quote and the team was able to get started on our roofing project right away. Ubaldo was a super effective project manager— courteous, communicative, and totally committed to giving us the highest quality results. The team was done in just two days and did a thorough job cleaning up. Stacey and Melissa took great care of us, too, from fast scheduling to convenient payment options. The whole team is a class act and we are so happy with our new roof!

We received quotes from multiple companies but were most impressed by Jonathan and Roofscapes. His explanation and recommendations were thought out, clearly communicated, and well justified. We were especially impressed with his explanation on how many vents we would need; none of the other companies we received quotes from had a clear plan on the quantity of vents they felt were needed. The price was fair compared to other quotes we received. The installation team did a great job and were thorough about checking for nails/debris and cleaning up after themselves. We are really happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Roofscapes to others.

I cannot thank Roofscapes NW enough! I had a small project but they still fit me in and treated me like I was getting an entire roof replaced. I first contacted Melissa who got me on the schedule and answered my questions. She let me know ahead of time small projects like mine are fit between the larger ones so I appreciated that heads up. I met with Mike who consulted on what could be done with my rotted fascia board and old gutter. We reviewed different plans and he was very detailed and answered my (many) questions about what I could do. I signed the contract and was put on the schedule a few weeks later. Hector and Daniel came out the week of Thanksgiving and walked me through what they were there to do. Both were very wonderful and made sure to be careful when taking down the stuff needed to be replaced. Ubaldo the Assistant Product Manager contacted me that day and communicated to me when the crew will be out and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Later on, the gutter installer Alejandro and Joaquin came and installed the gutters. Both were wonderful to work with. Finally, I would like to especially thank Lindsay. She fielded my questions in between appointments about logistics, availability, and a future roof replacement. I am relieved Roofscapes NW will be able to replace my room based on what Mike found during his visit. Apparently, the previous roof installer just put an additional layer of decking over the old one. Mike verified they are able to remove decking as part of the roof removal process. I am due for a roof replacement around 2030 so I'll be sure to contact Roofcapes NW about all the things I would like replaced with that project.

I can recommend this company without hesitation. They came out and clean my roof and gutters this week. Jon is very professional. Melissa runs the office with precision. The individuals that performed the work were on time, very kind and diligent workers. They took pictures of our roof and gutters after the service. They answered all my husbands questions with patience and care. I was a General Contractor for over 30 years and gave dealt with many different trades people and I wish I had known about Roofscapes before I retired. You can trust this company with any of your roofing needs

My roof was so old and busted. Terrible. I gave in to the Instagram ad I was getting and researched RNW Inc. I saw that they were family owned and looked like they really had their stuff together.

They absolutely did have it together. Great communication. Better than my communication (sorry about that Stacey!). They worked around my hectic schedule and when I got a sit down with Jon I was blown away. Look, as a customer I'm kind of a lot. I was fair value and great workmanship. Jon did a thorough evaluation of my janky roof and then started at the start and walked me through what was necessary and then what was optional.

No hard sell. No tricks. Just honesty. We both knew I wanted a roof and he was there to make his case. No need to be coy or slimy right? I greatly esteem the manner in which all the people I interacted with treated me. Kind, intelligent, and humane but thorough and as concise as possible. No wasted time. Elegant.

There was a small hiccup but it worked in my favor. They could get my roof taken care of within a week of the deposit. I like when there is a short window from cash to work. Though that meant the gutters would come a couple of days later.

Work done: Full roofing system. New Ventilation system. Certainteed Landmark Moire Black shingles because they are fetch. All new OBX boards put down, kick outs, underlayment, vents, flashing, v-plates for code to kick out even more water. They staged a work truck that had a dump bin on it and a port-a-potty so I didn't have to use time off to be there.

Time: 3 and a half days for the roof (there was some weather but everything was covered and sealed rigorously) and then over the weekend to get the gutters.

Only concern was the material staging. Most all of it was great but the boards had a very light plastic film covering it and I'm sure that was from the supply side. However, maybe it's unnecessary to do but I'd like a heavier cover for the rain. The team did do that once on site though so that's why I think it was from the supply side.

Would absolutely use again but honestly this roof is so good I may never have the chance! I did have a lot done and if my house was in better shape it would have been thousands cheaper but a 1959 Landlord Special needed real help and I got it with Roofscapes NW.

My first job with them was for a client of mine, and I actually pushed back as I had a roofer that I had been working with that I wanted to use. Jonathan worked well with myself and my team, and started asking about my standard composition shingles footings/flashings. Just called them to clean out me gutters on the steep side of my house. They completely de-mossed and treated all roof faces. I told them not to worry about ground clean up, but they insisted. Justin and his crew were absolutely awesome. Not getting on the top roof for pics. But I'm sure it is spectacular as well.

We just had an appointment with Mike from Roofscapes NW. He was so nice and very informative. He took pictures of our roof and explained everything. He was also informative about the company and products. It was also nice because he wasn't pushy. When I called the company for information, Stacey was easy to talk with and to set up an appointment.

Roofscapes Northwest completed an entire roof and base replacement of our old and damaged roof in October 2025. They added attic ventilation, replaced a skylight, and solar tube. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and workmanship. From the thorough initial estimate, delivery of the roofing material (Certainteed Landmark Moire Black) to completion, we were very pleased! They worked with our schedule, were timely and cleaned up the area after each day’s work. Our roof looks amazing! Everyone we worked with: estimator, roofers and office staff were so easy to work with if we had questions. We highly recommend Roofscapes Northwest!

Jon, Melissa, Ubaldo, Stacey, Hector, and Daniel all did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Jon showed up at our house to give us our estimate and was very professional about it. There was no sales gimmick or mole hills that were made into mountains. He was very upfront on how he thought the job would go. Once we decided to work with them on our roof, it was just getting everything set up. They gave us a window that was about 2 weeks out from the time we decided to go with them. During that time all the materials were delivered and set up for the roofers to get to work. Daniel and Hector showed up on time and ready to get going, however the PNW weather had another plan. Haha! So they got stuff ready for the next day to come out and get to work. It wasn't even a full 4 days later and or roof was complete! We were sent daily updates and pics of the progression as well. Nothing outside of our original contract was done without them talking to us and getting permission first. Daniel and Hector was the true definition of professional the whole time. A couple of days into it, Ubaldo came out and touched base with us and to see the progression in person. He gave us even more updates and kept us in the loop the entire time. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They're a local family that have your best interest at heart. They won't try and oversell you on things if you don't want them. They take your answers for what they are. I would happily refer them to anyone that needs a new roof!
