Jonathan and his whole team at Roofscapes NW did a wonderful job with our new roof instillation. They did a complete and thorough inspection of the old roof. Their bid was very competitive. The work was on time, on budget, and well done. Everyone was pleasant and kept me informed along the way of their progress. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. A very skilled and nice team of people to work with.

~ We employed Roofscapes to waterproof our rooftop deck. Four years and 10 months later, the roof leaks, causing damage in our master bedroom. Called them to honor their 5-year warranty, and instead of standing by their work, they blame “natural deterioration.” Now, insurance won’t pay to fix my roof because the benefit excludes damage from "faulty workmanship.” We’re now out the cost of the repairs and must pay someone else to supply a competent roof repair. I wish I knew then what I know now, but now you know. Never do business with a company who won’t stand by their work.

Per the question concerning, ‘has the roof leaked since your last “repair” on 5/22’: Answer: Yes, on 6/5 the roofers we hired to provide the appropriate fix found the plywood directly under your “repair” damp to the touch. Since then, it’s been competently fixed, along with all the other Roofscape welds that we can no longer trust.

Since this matter is currently being reviewed by multiple insurance companies, we won’t comment further until the outcome is determined. For those considering Roofscapes, if you’d like to avoid months of working with insurance, perhaps you should take your business elsewhere.

Roofscapes have replaced our roof in our condo complex and they have done a wonderful and excellent job and we are all very happy with it. I certainly would recommend them for anyone who want the roof replaced by professional and competent people. John and Melissa and the whole crew were professional and very responsive and kind.

We have had two great experiences with Rooofscapes NW. We had Rooofscapes put a roof on our new custom home. It was a super windy day but the crew worked quickly, efficiently and kept the area around our house clean despite the wind. We knew our roof was 27 years old and due for replacement. We bought this house 3 years ago and the inspector warned us should be replaced ASAP. My wife and I just purchased our first home. We used Roofscapes to repair the flashings on our roof. This team was very communicative and detail-oriented. They helped to book my appointment as soon as possible and even got us scheduled earlier than expected. We can’t say enough good things about this company! They were extremely professional, kind, and responsive from start to finish. We hired them to replace our roof about 3 weeks ago. Today, we thought we had a leak in our roof and they came out the very same day to inspect it. It turned out not to be a roof issue at all, but rather a rodent problem. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Jorge took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured us. I felt terrible for calling them out for something unrelated to the roof, but they were nothing but kind and understanding. That level of professionalism and customer care is hard to find! Back in 2021, I was told by my insurance company that I should be replacing my roof after I filed a claim about a few shingles that got ripped out from a storm. The roofer I used at the time for just the shingle replacement were nothing but a headache to where I literally had to hunt them down to ask why they didn't show up on a good weather day after weeks of delays due to bad weather. This frustration caused me to drag my feet on the roof replacement and not choose these people for the roof replacement.

Fast forward to 2025, I kept seeing ads for Roofscapes NW and after reviewing their business and also my desire to support the AAPI community, I reached out to them and I'm glad I did. From start to finish, they made sure I was in the loop on everything, including the surprise cost we encountered after finding out that I had to get all of the plywood replaced (yes, it was THAT bad on my 100+ year old home!). They were kind enough to work with me on the price, even in this economy, and their crew was not only on-time, but efficient and they even cleaned up their mess to the point where they left things cleaner than when they arrived! Despite the increased unforeseen cost, it was still within a reasonable budget for today's inflation prices and well before any tariff crazy bumps for materials.

The roof looks great and I'm looking forward to many years of security for the structure of my home thanks to Roofscapes NW!

Having to re-roof is stressful! The cost, the inconvenience, the uncertainty. My neighbor and I (townhomes, shared roof, wind damage - 2024 “bomb cyclone” was the last straw) contracted with Roofscapes, and it was an excellent decision. We both paid for our half.

The initial estimate was clearly spelled out, they even worked with my insurer to get me max coverage. There was more water damage than anticipated, but that was also explained. Throughout the process they were prompt, communicated all details clearly, always professional - the estimator, the office staff, and particularly the crew: they showed up on time, worked hard, even after dark - we knew the Seattle rains were coming!

So I now have a brand new, beautiful roof - bring on those mid-latitude cyclones, we are READY!!

This group did a great job on my roof. From educating me on the options to a timely installation, they were solid. You pay a little more, but it's worth it and they treat their crews right. Ventilation and preventing mold were a big issue at my property, and I believe that is no longer an issue.
