Shannon, Kana and AJ of Kent ServPro came to dismantle a large built in bookcase in preparation for carpet removal and abatement. They were very efficient and quietly did this job - I work from home and did not hear them. I appreciate their work and was very pleased with their timeliness and recommend them/ServPro to others.

Luis and his team are the most honest, kind, understanding and hard working people I have encountered. I feel blessed they were the ones coming out to my aid.

Had a roof leak from the large amounts of rain and wind we've had over the past two days that resulted in a leak in our living room. I was directed to this company by our insurance.

This was a rough experience. We waited about an hour to be contacted by the local office, after calling the national line, to have them come out to our place. At that time we were then told it would take another 15-20 minutes for them to reach our house. Total wait ended up being an hour and a half.

Once the lead gentleman walked in, he looked at our leak and verified what we knew. He held his meter up to the wall around our window to again verify what we already knew. He patted the floors to verify again, what we already knew. Final assessment, there were two damaged spots in the ceiling, damage around a window frame, and the floors were fine. Again, all things we knew.

Then said there was nothing he could do for us because we already had a bucket down to capture the water. Then told me that because it was an emergency visit our insurance would still be billed for it. So we waited around to be told that ultimately he was just going to suck up water if need be and put a bucket down to capture other water. But even though we already have all that handled, there's going to be charge anyway.

And to top it off, I was not told that they couldn't take care of our situation by the national dispatch line. When I explained the problem to them, I even told them what we needed as per our insurance company.

We've then had to follow up with another service company to have them at least come and tarp off our roof and keep water away until Monday when our claims adjuster can come out.

This was not a good experience.

We needed servicepro after having unexpected water damage, they worked through the cleanup for a full week. Everyone on the crew was professional and really kind when working on the water repair. I recommend this company when disaster strikes, they are very knowledgeable and supportive.

Edit: I should have asked my husband to verify the work before signing off on it since he has a background in this kind of work. NEVER let them pressure you into signing off on work until you get an expert eye on it. It turns out they cut through the vapor barrier on the house and left the flooring open for rats. Even then I wouldn't rate so low except that it feels now like I was asked to sign *because* they knew my husband wouldn't have. I would have made it one star but Andy did honestly try to make it safer for our 4yo.

I am very happy with my new roof from Roofscapes NW! The crew was great, they kept the jobsite very clean, and they really made sure the roof would last for years. The office kept me well informed about scheduling too. The price was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done.

As with all contractors, be sure to be communicative up front about your concerns and specific needs, both when getting the work estimated and when the work actually starts. Roofscapes NW was always highly responsive to our requests and concerns, and was very patient when I was evaluating their work and asking questions to ensure I understood what had been done and what I needed to do to maintain their work.

I submitted an online form for a leaky skylight. They contacted me within an hour and had someone out to me a half hour later. I was blown away with their customer service! They did an exceptional job and took pictures, and sent to me in email with all the work they did, plus suggestions for the future. Explained everything in detail with simple terms even I could understand. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them for all future roofing needs.

Somewhat unusual project, a covered breezeway between the house and detached garage. Came up with a good design, installation was quick and painless. Cleanup . . . ashamed to say they left it cleaner than it was to start with. This is our second project with Roofscapes and we highly recommend.

I needed a new roof and Roofscapes NW came out, did the inspection and gave a quote. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got quotes from two other roofers, but went with Roofscapes NW. The work was planned out for a couple months ahead, due to demand, but fortunately we were able to move it up when the schedule cleared. Amanda kept good contact with me. The workers did a terrific job on the roof, it is gorgeous and now I'm ready for the next winter. The job was delayed a day, but Amanda called and let me know ahead of time, which was helpful. The job also did take a couple of days longer than expected; this time, no one ever explained to me why, until after the job was done. So a two-day job got started a day late and ended up being a four-day job with no explanation. Also, the big trailer that they backed up against my house actually scraped the side of my house and damaged a storage cabinet. You'll notice I'm giving them 5 stars anyway. This is because Jonathan came out, inspected the scrapes and the cabinet, filled in the scrapes and paid for a replacement cabinet. Things happen; the important thing is that Jonathan and Roofscapes NW made it right. This is the mark of a business with integrity. I highly recommend Roofscapes NW.

I can't recommend Roofscapes more highly. From first contact, dealing with evaluating my existing roof and its problems, through bidding and planning, to the actual work of replacing the old roof, Roofscapes was always prompt, professional and efficient. What they promised, they delivered. Compared to the other companies that gave me bids, Roofscapes was also reasonably priced and did not make gimmicky offers that had nothing to do with quality work. After the work was completed there was a minor problem with the weathervane which Roofscapes fixed immediately. They are trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Roofscapes NW. I had multiple bidders come out and the team at Roofscapes was the most knowledgeable of all of them. They gave me the why each roofing product on my roof was needed and why that one was better than the other options out there for that job.

Their communication was always quick and responsive and polite.

On top of all that, the crew installing the roof were great. The work was done quickly and with a minimal impact to my family and work. I work from home and I was able to keep my normal video meetings happening during the roof replacement process (I think there was 1 short period where I had to switch rooms).

I'd definitely use them again.

I had some different quotes and ended up going with this family owned business of John and Melissa. I had some siding issues that caused some roofing problems. Roofscapes NW worked with that previous contractor to get them a bid for the damages caused. I got three different options from Roofscapes NW and the ending product looks great. They started on a Monday in early February and ended on Tuesday. It was fast, and I've found very little roofing debris in the yard. They were on schedule and the communication with the team is very good. Thanks again.

We had a really good experience with these guys when they did our detached garage project. They were prompt, showed up when promised, worked quickly and well, and the communication with the workers and especially with the office staff was great. They came prepared to add structure to the roof substructure to strengthen it, which we weren’t even expecting, so that was an added bonus.

We reached out to Roofscapes NW Inc. for support figuring out what was going on with our metal roof. The roof is roughly 5.5 years old but we've had countless amounts of leaks. The Roofscapes team was very communicative throughout the process and accommodating of our schedule.

Unfortunately when Jon arrived, it started raining so he was not able to get up on top of the roof. He did spend a good amount of time looking around the attic space and even using a drone to take a closer look at the roof. He spent quite some time trying to understand our roof but unfortunately he wasn't able to figure out where our leaks were happening without getting onto the roof and the rain wasn't heavy enough to see penetration.

Jon was very honest in his work and didn't charge us for his time since he wasn't able to figure out what was going on. He did recommend us to other people who could potentially help look at it further. We really appreciate his honesty and you can definitely tell that the Roofscapes team is there to help.

The company was very responsive about sending someone out for an inspection of aspects of our roof that we were concerned about.
