They were hired by AAA for an estimate of remediation for a leak in my kitchen. It’s been a week they swear that the insurance company has it yet. The insurance company said they don’t have the report from them. No matter I get the runaround so obviously they are on the Insurance side. Homeowner beware!

Serve Pro Westminster was fabulous at helping us dry out and pack up our home of 26 years!! Due to water damage, we had to completely pack up our entire home. Serve Pro delivered 2 giant storage containers in our driveway, provided boxes in 5 different sizes, including portable closets, bubble wrap and a team of 6 people to help us pack. There is NO way we would have been able to do this without their help. Even though it was very stressful to pack up, the Serve Pro team did everything they could to make this time less stressful for us. They were extremely reliable, If they said they would be there at 8:00 AM, they were at our door at 7:50 AM. The movers wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to make sure nothing was scratched as they added our items to the on-site storage. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I ever need a restoration company again, they will be my first call. Thank you!

Luis Castro and his team (shoutout Abel) did a fantastic job after we had a slab leak at our home in Fountain Valley. They responded quickly, demoed the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway and packed all of our belongings to move into a storage unit (they secured) in our driveway. They then returned after the abatement process and did a full dry out on all the affected areas. Luis walked me through the process every step of the way and even helped me advocate with the insurance company. Luis and his team are hardworking and caring professionals that you can trust to help during a crisis. I cannot recommend Luis and his team highly enough!

I reached out to Servpro after the Eaton Fire to remove and restore my personal belongings -- miraculously my apartment building in the heart of the fire zone survived, but was unlivable.

Cesar from Servpro Westminster was incredibly quick to respond and took the time to connect by text and a voice call to explain how this type of service worked and the office set up an inspection for an estimate to be drawn up within days of my followup call to do so.

Though my insurance situation forced me to proceed with another disaster recovery team, I had a very good experience at the inspection, with Eduardo and Javier being professional, thorough, and kind.

Even during an incredibly busy time, and with pressure from my landlord to vacate by a date just around the corner, Cesar worked to expedite my estimate so I could run it by insurance. Joe ran the estimate and was available by email and phone to answer questions.

Cesar and Joe were able to book the work days quickly, and were incredibly flexible when insurance first asked for a delay to the work. When I had to withdraw and use the other service, they were gracious and understanding, especially about how stressful this had been on me, from the start of the fire.

House got water damage. Called insurance (Mercury) who brought out ServPro to inspect/resolve. The rest is history...

All in all, ServPro received more than 20k for an apartment that was <800 sq ft. Good luck to any of you with multiple bedroom homes. Will cost you an arm and leg.

They held our furniture ransom until we paid them an extra couple thousand that the insurance could no longer pay due to me hitting my cap.

I worked with this company and all I got for it was a $637 and zero resolution. I called them after we had a plumbing issue on our second floor. They were no big hurry to get me someone. I called Monday and they sent me Marvin on Tuesday.

Marvin ran his little moisture detector across our ceiling and second story bathroom floor, took some measurements, never gave me a quote for equipment (that's my bad for continuing this circus) but I did have two people drop off two dehumidifiers within an hour.

24 hours later (Wednesday) I am told that I will have a technician come out to check the progress of the dehumidifiers. This is pointless since nothing else had been done. They refused to open the ceiling because our home was built in 1977 and they wanted a lead and asbestos test despite us having this done in 2014 when this occurred previously. So of course everything was still saturated. At this point I asked for the dehumidifiers to be removed as they were disruptive to my father who I care for and his dementia.

The technician took the dehumidifiers and we then received an estimate with typos from Sam for five days of equipment and restoration. I about had a coronary.

I have now been dealing with regular phone calls from the accounting department. I have spent $3000 on my plumbing issue (some amazing techs from these companies) and still have my drywall to deal with. But Servpro wants their money. For what I'm still trying to figure out. So they gave me a choice, a $100 discount to pay now or 3 payments plus interest. Feels like a bad joke to me.

Tldr: don't call these guys in the drama of water where it doesn't belong. They will take advantage. Picture of my kitchen in case anyone thinks I'm making this nonsense up

My experience with LB6 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Serv. was excellent. Ben and his co-worker were awesome!! I had to have a new dryer vent installed and rerouted. They both were extremely professional, neat and they performed extremely high quality work. I definitely will recommend them to everyone.

I suggest LB6 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Serv. and require professional house maintenance. Donald came out to clean the air ducts and do a thorough chimney inspection. He was efficient, well-informed, and courteous. Additionally, we followed his advise regarding an attic solution, which significantly improved the performance of our HVAC system. After being totally obstructed, our dryer vent is now functioning flawlessly. The airflow is greater and the air smells cleaner. Donald went above and beyond. We just had our pool remodeled by Paradise Pools, and it turned out better than I pictured! Jason, Bob, and the crew were excellent to work with—very responsive and incredibly professional. The construction was on time, even though our broader project timeline kept shifting, and the quality is excellent. If you need pool renovations, call them. These guys are the best in the South Bay. Highly recommend this outfit
