I had a sewage back up and Servpro was here right away to help. I’ve never dealt with water damage before, but they walked me throw the process and their communication was great. They not only helped with the clean-up but also helped with the repairs after the clean-up! One stop shop, highly recommend!!

The water damage that I had with a leak on my roof was settled and steadfast with a delightful crew. From determining and explaining the work needed to be done, to the drying and reconstruction needed this company is well managed and highly recommended.

It was my first time dealing with a small pinhole leak that caused a lot of damage. I reported it to my homeowner's Ins on Mon and Miguel, Jonathan and JT, of SERPRO in PV, showed up on Tues. They were very professional and thorough in taking moisture readings of all the damp areas the leak had caused. If something like this ever happens again, which I pray it doesn't, I will ask for these guys by name...great job guys 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Servpro of Palos Verdes was amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable and to top it off great customer service! Main water line burst, my Living Room, Dinning Room, Office and Kitchen were affected. Not a great thing to come home to from Vacation. I called Servpro, they came and explained the complete process and answered all my questions. The crew and office staff went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole crew. Highly recommended!

I had a mold attack in my guest bedroom. That and I live in an older building with asbestos in the walls. Ian and Jonathan from Servpro PV did a fabulous job cleaning up the mold and making sure the walls were dried out. I recommend them.

We had a large water damage in our home from a busted water heater. Servpro came out right away! Our whole first floor was flooded. From the crew that came out and the office staff were very professional and polite. They also also did our reconstruction! Such a great staff all around. I highly recommend!!!!

I’m not really good at posting stuff, but I’ve been dealing with Servpro and it’s been a bad experience two years ago they put floors in my house wooden laminate from tile and I feel like sometimes I’m walking on air. The slats are loose. I’ve been waiting for someone for a whole year to come to fix my floor, I have asked the supervisor many many times to come and check on my floors. I am now in the process of trying to call again this morning. Slats are moving their gaps and it’s not looking good. This probably won’t help anybody, but I’m upset at Servpro. They didn’t do what they were gonna do at my house .

Initial contact was friendly and proactive but became unresponsive coinciding with insurance denying to pay for the claim. The friendly technicians came to my home on a Friday afternoon, drained the water, set-up dehumidifiers, and told me they would return on Monday to remove carpet and open walls. I cancelled my patients on Monday in order to be at the house and they never returned. I called twice on Monday to find out when they would return and did not receive a call back. Meanwhile the wet carpet was still on the floor right next to the baseboards so I had to call another company to come and remove the carpet and baseboards. Servpro finally called me on Wednesday morning two hours before they intended to show up and claimed that they had called and scheduled this with me beforehand. It seems they are used to working with people who have stay at home partners, are retired, or for some other reason are at home at any time.

I had a frustrating, disappointing, and honestly unacceptable experience with ServPro of Palos Verdes after a roof leak incident in my home. From start to finish, their service fell far short of what I expected — and what I was led to believe I’d receive.

One major issue was their poor oversight of the equipment. The machines were left running much longer than necessary because no one was regularly checking on them — adding additional charges.

Furthermore, despite my repeated requests and assurances from field techs that someone would follow up with me, I was never able to speak directly with a tech manager to get a clear understanding of what was going on in my home. This kind of poor communication is completely unprofessional.

It’s one thing for a company to maximize its billing when it assumes the insurance company is going to pay. But I kept stating — repeatedly — that AAA had not yet decided whether they would be covering the claim, and I needed to be kept in the loop and approve any work. This consideration was disregarded, and I was left with an outrageous bill to pay myself.

Lastly, while their team was in my attic, someone stepped on a high hat, damaging my ceiling. Jonathan, one of ServPro’s own techs, immediately recognized and openly acknowledged that the damage was caused by their team during their inspection for water. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the women running their office — in particular, Alyssia Castro — were non-responsive to phone calls and tried to be dishonest about what happened. Alyssia sent me a picture that was taken after their team had already been in the attic and claimed it proved the damage was there beforehand. When I asked them to provide a picture with a timestamp — which iPhones automatically include — that would show the photo was taken before their team’s visit instead of after, none was ever provided — because there isn’t one. This kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable and shows a dramatic lack of integrity.

⚡ Consider this a warning to prospective customers: ServPro of Palos Verdes cannot be trusted to be communicative, responsible, or truthful when something goes wrong. Do not let their promises fool you — you may be left with additional damage, a huge bill, and a mess to clean up yourself.

ZERO STARS> DO NOT USE> Servpro Palos Verdes is a franchise, so I understand some locations may be professional and legit. These men from the Palos Verses location are scam artists and prey on women who live alone in this area. They came out to my home and took 1 hour to tell me I had mold across two rooms and a hallway, 3 feet high starting at the baseboards. Water damage in the ceiling as well. They told me my kids should vacate the rooms immediately, it wasn't safe to sleep another night in these rooms. They asked for $425 for the inspection and then gave me a quote of $7k to remove the mold (that did not include putting the walls back together again) Meanwhile you can not see any mold or water damage, just a damp smell. (turns out is normal if you live blocks from the ocean and forget to open your windows for ventilation!) I called my homeowners ins. they sent out 3 inspectors. I called my family plumber of 10 years as well. All professionals confirmed there is no mold, no water damage, nothing. These men put blue tape everywhere and spread fear across my household. This location should be shut down. They simply count on you taking their word and not getting a second, third or fourth opinion before ripping your home apart. Terrible humans! I plan to write a negative review everywhere I can, to anyone who will listen, so others will not be taken advantage. Feel free to return my emails, calls or refund my $425, it would be the right thing to do. K. Morena, PVE.

The team of Jonathan and Ian were great. They were professional, taking the time to answer my many questions and always explaining their process. They were polite and extremely considerate of my needs during a very stressful time. Should the need for ServPro services be needed again, I will request Jonathan and Ian.

We are very pleased with our ServPro experience. We got in touch with them after undergoing water damage and everything went really well. Cinthia was helpful and well organized when it came to scheduling. All the work/testing itself was as smooth as can be thanks to Ian who was extremely professional, prompt, and polite through and through. We feel fortunate to have worked with him!

I had Miguel come out and do gutters around my house and ADU. They showed up on time for the quote avd install. The install was very professional and I think they turned out great. He even helped me with a piece of flashing for a covered patio.

We needed all new rain gutters and down spouts. Miguel came out and gave me a very fair quote. He offers a great selection of colors and styles. He recommended a style to complement the look of my home. He and his team were on time, efficient and tidy. They did an amazing job. What an improvement. The gutters look great.
