I’ve used Paradise Pool and Spa for 1.5 years now for pool cleaning and maintenance and they’ve been fantastic. Their manager Jim also spent lots of time with me explaining how my system works and how to backwash my filter.

I then used Paradise to redo the tile and plaster in my pool and again had a great experience. Jason, Magaly and their team were always very responsive, had lots of tiles that looked great and were within budget, and got the job done within their promised timeline. And it looks great!

One of the guys who cleaned my pool had knowledge about why my waterfall fixture wasn’t working because a previous owner 10+ years ago looked into it and this guy remembered. It must be a great company to work for with that kind of loyalty.

The team at Paradise Pools are excellent! I find them to be prompt and very professional. Their service tech Richard did an outstanding job analyzing our spa's operations and made some useful recommendations that we followed. Jim, Sam and Erica were also very helpful.

I manage a property with a spa that is Serviced by Paradise. They do an amazing job at notifying us of any and all issues.
The weekly service technician, Max serviced the spa and found a issue with a broken part. His manager Jim reached out to me (as the technician was on site) regarding it and let me know to expect an estimate from Sam (the repair manager).
Sam gave me a call regarding the situation and quickly resolve the issue with his expertise and experience that is hard to find these days.
I will refer them to any and all looking for service or repairs as they are prompt and professional and will always be my go to for all of my properties!

Paradise Pools has been exceptional with our pool in Hermosa Beach, their leadership and personal touch is what makes the difference led by Dylan Griggs and Adam.. our pool is not an easy on to balance but their scientific approach chemistry wise, over communication and execution on the plan is why we use them. They are 100% differentiated from the rest!

I am so impressed by the service I received by this company, I feel compelled to write about it. Last week, December 23, my pool pump decided to quit and our relatives from the east coast had just arrived. I contacted Jim, the General Manager, at 8:45 am and within minutes he answered and said he would send a tech by to troubleshoot. Within a few hours, Steve came by and determined the problem was with the pump. Shortly after that Sam sent an estimate for cost of repairs which I approved. The next morning, (Dec 24) Erica contacted me to double check my approval and to set up an appointment for January 2 for repair. When I told her my grandchildren were visiting and disappointed they couldn't go in the pool, and that they were leaving on the 26th, she managed to schedule Richard to come out that day and install a new pump (by 2:30 on Christmas Eve!). What I didn't know was that the company selling the replacement pump was closed for the holiday and I later found out that Jason (the owner) managed to get them to open just to sell him the pump we needed. I am so impressed by the coordination and expertise of this "well-oiled machine". Our weekly service tech, Oscar, always goes above and beyond but I didn't expect the. incredible dedication that everyone had in solving our problem. I hope I didn't miss anyone in my heartfelt thank you to the team for making our Christmas merrier!

Paradise Pool & Spa is my go to place for pool repairs and service. Dealing with a bad pool pump, I was able to coordinate through Sam Leslie the Repair Manager for getting the work scheduled as quickly as possible along with his help facilitating the approval from the home warranty company. Excellent customer service. Peter the technician got the pump installed quickly and I have my pool back up and running without any issues. Highly professional pool service and excellent customer service.

They are doing an incredible job at the large pool at the complex where my mom lives. Sometimes I'll swim for 2 hours and never feel like I'm full of chlorine. Its like an alchemical balance of perfection. Highly recommended.

Paradise built my pool, and now services it. Jason, the owner, is very knowledgeable, no nonsense, and he knows his business and was very helpful at all times. They were on time, did excellent work, the pricing was very, very reasonable, and i could go on. The pool service has been great as well. If you are building a pool in the South Bay, you want to use Paradise.

Sam in repair has worked tirelessly to make sure that when ordering equipment that I get exactly what I need especially since my pool house is super small. He spent lots of time finding that filter that was tall and thin. It looks amazing and fits perfectly.

Sean is a very skilled installer who was very willing to work to accomplish exactly what I needed done.

Bob made the replaster of my pool easy and I am so happy with the marble finish…gorgeous.

Could not have got r done without these great employees along with the weekly service crew with James at the helm!

Is but never delivers…Jon is a nice guy but so full of ShT…I definitely don’t recommend!

Got upsold by this for about $15k of fancy equipment. Installation went ok but I noticed that only subcontractors were used. Typical bait and switch, owner came out at first but when equipment was not functioning and pool was not being maintained properly nothing but excuses. No answer to calls only texts 3 days later and in some cases never heard back after reporting problem.

Jon Mcclanathan/Modern Watershapes re-built our aging, out-dated. pool. On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate him and his expertise at "11." He seems to have a PhD in pool design, construction and rehab, and is a delight to work with. Pricing very, very fair. We could not be more pleased.

Modern Watershape LLC, came highly recommended to me and my family. Initially I met with Johnathan who is very talented and skilled individual who consulted us on how to go about building our paradise in our backyard. He helped us on our design and helped build our amazing pool that we enjoy 3/4 of the year.

When I met Jonathan for our initial inspection and quote, he was professional and listened to all of our wants and needs. He informed us on what our property allowed and the project moved forward swiftly.

Now this company maintains our pool and I trust him and his crew with my home and backyard where I have a couple of dogs that he treats well. He locks up and leaves my pool looking brand new every time. Thanks for amazing work! I would definitely recommend you check them out!

Our property had a leak that left some damage and Servpro was available even after hours for restoration services.

Servpro did a wonderful job of tearing out my washroom and adjacent bathroom after our plumbing broke. And they were friendly too!! Would highly recommend them.
