I called to let them know the pool didn't look clean. So they fixed the filter. The pool still doesn't look clean. Then a neighbor suggested that the cleaning of the filter/chemicals in the alley was pooling in his driveway and getting his kids and black car dirty. The owner, Adam said he would clean the next time. The neighbor requested cleaning sooner and he wasn't happy with the cleaning. So the owner called me to cancel my service. I think a pool service company shouldn't dump on or disturb the neighbors.

I'd be happy to edit the review if they clean their mess.

We love our “new” pool, re-plastered, re-tiled and re-plumbed by Paradise. Their services were professional, the cost was reasonable, the schedule was maintained, and the follow-up water treatment was outstanding. This is a great company to work with.

All employees were beyond helpful. Needed extensive work on pool which included draining, resurface, and tile. Also added a salt water system and new pump. Work was done on time and pool looks great. Special kudos to Magaly and Shawn for their patience with my constant questions and assistance. Could not have had a better experience with a contractor.

Very poor customer service. We inheritors them when we bought our home and they do not care about their customers at all. Our pool is never clean even though it has a cover and it’s over chlorinated to the point our swim instructor actually got a chemical burn. They’ve even ruined our swimsuits and when we ask them to fix the problem they tell us it’s our fault and sent a $1600 bill.

The photo is the swimsuit that was bleached from purple to white in under an hour. You’d think a pool service team would want to remedy that and be apologetic. They were instead aggressive even after seeing the photos.

When you start the process of building a pool, you come to quickly realize that the process is going to be a big investment. You need to find someone you trust. You need a professional pool builder.

I met with Jason Briggs to discuss my pool construction project. He actually walked me through a number of specific potential complications for building my pool and how unique the construction process should be to get it right for my particular pool. I learned that he is a legal expert in pool construction. He has seen how others have built pools poorly and he knows how to make your pool correctly.

Paradise Pool and Spa has serviced my spa for about 20 years. As with all pool services, sometimes it is difficult to get good and consistent help but Paradise Pool has always come up with an answer. Recently I had to do a complete remodel of my beautiful old spa right next to my bedroom with a view of the entire Los Angeles Basin including the coast line. I wanted very much to keep the original look that I created about 30 years ago. The project was complicated and took longer than expected but Jason and Paradise Pool and Spa ended up doing an excellent job and I am satisfied with the final outcome and can recommend Jason and Adam and Paradise Pool and Spa for service and remodeling. They have built a very good company over the years and they do an excellent job.

Since moving into our home in 2003, we inherited a pool that was constructed in 1972 by the prior owner. The pool was showing extensive wear and tear not limited to the rebar showing through the concrete on the bottom of the pool. We sought out numerous estimates. When Bob from Paradise Pools and Spa came to give his estimate, he was the only one who analyzed our needs and gave us a detailed cost report of the work that was needed to upgrade our pool. Others, simply generated vague numbers and nothing specific in writing.

Based on this finding, we went with Paradise Pools and Spa for our remodel. Everyone we interacted with was very organized, thorough and professional. The project management team of Jason, Magaly and Jordin were excellent and were a great help in assisting us the designing of our pool remodel; they were able to provide aesthetic guidance that remained in our budget.

Once construction began, the project team communicated very effectively with us about all facets of the remodel on an on-going basis. Their staff was always on time. Timeliness was a big deal to my wife and I because the project had to be completed around our work schedules. Ultimately, the workmanship was superb, and now we have a saltwater pool that can be controlled by our mobile phone. Paradise Pools and Spa did such an outstanding job that we even begged them to service the pool on a weekly basis. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

In addition, we would like to give special thanks to Sam and Dylan for leading the equipment and mastic, Shaun for the startup, and Alex for the pebble and general construction activities.

We have completed many remodeling efforts on our home, and Paradise Pools and Spa’s renovation was the most stress-free, timely, and well-completed project by far.

My newly redone pool is beautiful and safe! Paradise Pool & Spa redid my pool and installed all new equipment. Everyone is professional and kind. They provide specialists for each step of the project and they have a location you can visit to see many design choices.
