Scott and his team are on time, communicate well and get it done. Scott gives you the confidence that the real problem is being addressed and you will be safe and secure. His teams also do a lot of remodeling/relighting work to help you with that room that you never use because of poor lighting or making your home feel more comfortable. Needed some quick electrical done on a house under contract for sale. Al was through and quick to complete the job. Also spoke to the owner about wording on invoice and was handled all the same day. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much all!

Great job on our ev charger install. They worked with me to ensure little to no cuts and I had a finished basement with a long runway to the garage from the panel

These guys are AWESOME! We have used them 4 times in less than 2 years! I have hired a lot of contractors recently, none have compared to Ideal Electrical Contractors. My only wish is they did concrete, plumbing, landscaping grout-work etc. Highly recommended!

Super professional from the moment you call them. The process was easy. Their team were early, super nice, and professional. They really know what they’re doing and can tell they have years of experience. Job was finished promptly and was super affordable! My go to electricians from here on out!

We used ideal electric twice. First time for minor electrical, fixing an outlet, routing a switch, etc. everything went fine. Next time I was looking to get can lights in my living room and taking down an old fan and replacing with a new one.
First, communication was poor, ripped a 18ft hole in my ceiling (which I was never told it would not be fixed...) The can lights that were installed directly correlated to ice damming, where there was never an issue before. Then took down the old fan and never put up the new fan. Promised to come back and fix it - no call, no show for at least 4 months at this point.
Now, we have paid hundreds to fix what we were left with. Fixing a ceiling, repainting, getting some to refix the fan situation, etc. I do not wish this on anyone.

Scott and the team at Ideal do excellent work at reasonable prices! I have used then several times over the last couple of years and I also recommend then to my family, friends and customers. If you are looking for a company that will take great care with your project Ideal is the company for you.

Impeccable service, honesty and affordable rates. Spoke to Scott on the morning of the electrical issue and he was super friendly and mentioned they could have someone near our home on a call stop by that afternoon. Danny called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and will arrive when it's best for us. He immediately took on challenge we faced and was very thorough to explain each step. His thorough approach figured out the issue and told us that his initial inspection time was not going to be factored into the cost for the full job. These guys are top notch in every facet and the only electricians we will hire again!

Scott and his crew came out and were quickly able to discover the issue causing my circuit breaker to pop disabling my garage door. They corrected it and I haven't had a incident since. I've used them additional times since then for other work and they are my go to for Electrical. Great Work and nice guys! I highly recommend Ideal Electrical Contractors.

I had a lamp with a home repair gone wrong, and Ideal not only took a look but was able to fix what I thought would be a tricky fix in less than a day. Communication was great and Ideal was also accommodating with my work schedule. I'm so happy to have my statement lamp back and working. This has been a great first impression. I'll definitely be back if I need more electrical help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Sorry I can't remember the name of the young man who came and helped us out, but he was great - professional, helpful, saw and fixed the problem quickly. We'll keep using these folks; they've always been great. (Reasonable price, too, which we appreciate!)

From start to finish very professional, excellent response time, itemized quote (which is great as not all did that) - a team spent the day at our house - they were friendly, courteous and patient with our questions - when the jobs (as they were all over the house) were finished all areas were completely clean! Ideal Electrical contractors did a great job on installing an outdoor light fixture. I have an old house so I needed new wiring to get it in working order, along with the some new switches.
They communicated what they needed to do, how long it would take and what the cost would be. Always asking if I had any questions. They were friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with this company. They're always friendly and respectful of my house while they're working and clean up after themselves. I've hired them several times to put together and install chandeliers, add additional electricity in various places throughout my home, etc. I'm very happy with their service and knowledge and definitely recommend them!

This is an amazing company. I was referred to them by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! I had Ideal Electrical come out three times to check a porch fixture (that ended up being corroded) and then install two new porch lights, and later when I got the garage lights to match. While the company schedules appointments far out, in all three cases, they were able to come on an earlier day than scheduled. They were professional, efficient and friendly. Nikki in the office is also amazing to work with. I spoke to her each time I needed service and she is so friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend using Ideal Electric...you won't be disappointed!
