Jason and his assistant came to assess what we thought was a wiring problem with frequent circuit tripping. As explained after examining the circuits, breakers and outlets that all was done properly and that the breakers in new builds have their own computer chip and are very sensitive. It's more a nuisance and not a danger. The electricians were very nice as was the office manager who called to give us updates as to what time we could expect the service. We've used Tingley before and have not been disappointed. This company is very professional and instills confidence.

Tingley did an excellent job. They were highly responsive and scheduled an appointment quickly. Their use of technology for communicating with customers is great. The electricians who came to the house were very professional and thorough and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend this firm.

I've used Tingley before and was happy with the job they did. But I didn't expect to get on the schedule so soon for the services I needed. I called on Wednesday and they had a team out here on Friday. They were right on time, up front about the costs (which weren't what I was hoping for, but that's where we are these days with electricians and plumbers and most trades). They worked efficiently, did everything they were hired to do, they were clean- both personally and professionally- and very pleasant. I like the email I received before they arrived with a little blurb and picture of the Jason. It's a nice touch. All in all, I thought it was a good job.

David and Juan arrived promptly and followed all COVID protocols. Reviewed all the work to be done and provided detailed estimates with options. They wore booties and put down drop clothes. David was the lead and coordinated the tasks so the work was done efficiently. There was one small glitch and David provided clear respectful correction and education to his helper. Great cleanup done in the end. I’ve used Tingley in the past at my previous home and have always been very pleased. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Jason did a tremendous job listening to our many questions and taking the time to explain how these issues could be addressed cost-effectively. He prepared a couple of different options from which we could choose. Once we agreed on the approach, he scheduled an appointment to have the work completed the next business day. Great service from start to finish.

We had Jason from Tingley electrical over. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. He and his team did his work with great efficiency and got their tasks done in a very short amount of time. The results were fantastic! We are very happy with Tingley electrical and will definitely call them again.

The company was easy to schedule with and communicative about the appointment. The electricians were actually early, and very friendly and professional. I got a full quote for the work before they started, so no big surprises at the end of the job. The electrician explained all of the work done and made sure the new light fixture was situated just how I wanted it. They might not be the cheapest, but they did a nice, thorough job and were very pleasant to work with.

I called to find out a price for electrical work. Nope, no free estimates. Pay $99 for them to drive out and price the job. And if I don't like the price, I paid $99 for just to get a quote. No thanks. I am sure they do great work. But they don't want you to price check them. No thanks! Be aware.

Tingley Electric Services was one of several electrical contractors that I contacted to have a plug installed for a speed oven. From the start they stood out because they were extremely responsive. Everyone that I spoke to was very professional and organized. I knew who was coming and when they would arrive via text messages. Tinley had an option to be on a wait list which I was able to take advantage of and get service even quicker (although I was not in a rush, it was a nice service). Jason was professional and communicated well. He had to cut into my ceiling to run the wire but did not make a mess and patched the hole once finished. It was nice not to have to repaired the hole later. Overall I was very happy with the service and will use this company again in the future.

I am so happy that I chose Tingley Electric. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. I liked that they sent me a picture and information about Jason before he arrived. He was on time, professional and courteous. I’m amazed and thrilled that they did all the work I needed when they came to look at what I needed and gave me my estimate. He left the areas that he worked on spotless. I found them on Google, liked their reviews and decided to try them. Best choice ever!

From the moment I spoke to the woman on the phone to make an appointment to the end of the day spent with Jason, the electrician and Noah his apprentice, everything about working with Tingley was perfection! They were recommended by a friend and that friend was so right about the quality of service and product. There is a service fee and then on reviewing what you want done they give you a quote. Jason was literallly here the entire day, working tirelessly and doing an absolutely perfect job. He went out of his way to do no damage, make no holes or marks and make sure everything was working perfectly and that I was happy. It was not inexpensive but the quality of the product and of the work was wonderful. I recommend them very highly and appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service. This was a great experience!
