Old furnace kicked the can yesterday in -3 degree weather. Did a search on Home Advisor and they were the only company who contacted me (outside of these rip-off artists who called me and wanted $350 more...and all cash. But I digress.)
They called right away, gave me a great price, and were at our home 1.5 hours later. Amazing work on a frigid day in an emergency. I've never seen or heard of anything like this. Normally people get gouged under these circumstances.
That impressed me more than anything.
Our installers were top notch and cleanup was spectacular.
They'll be seeing us every year for inspection and cleaning from now on.
Only company that will ever do HVAC work in our home from here on out.

You can see the obvious upgrade from my 20+ year old HVAC system. I am a repeat customer to TDH. I bought a Trane Furnace from them in February in prep for putting our suburban home on the market. We now live in Chicago and we purchased a condo with a very tired HVAC system. We got three quotes - TDH was not the lowest - but better cost than the Carrier supplier. Also my Trane furnace was assembled in the USA - this means allot to me. Great installation team today of Julio, Javier and Luis! They really did a great job, cleaned up well and made sure I was happy. Note: I had an existing humidifier and Ecobee 4 smart thermostat. TDH was great about letting me re-use those (as both almost new) - saving me time and money. Also the Julio made sure the Ecobee was re-programmed for the 2-stage furnace and also humidifier control! Also my new HVAC comes with a 12 year warranty from TDH!

TDH did an installation of 6 ductless air handlers for an office. They were very efficient and worked around our office availability to get the work completed on time and at a reasonable price.Excellent communication and tidiness throughout the project were above expectations and appreciated. Wally and his crew were on time and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for professional quality work and craftsmanship.

They cleaned my AC unit after another firm I had called left my unit dirty even though I had called for a AC cleaning and spring checkup.
The other firm's technician claimed I had multiple things wrong with my unit and I needed to shell out a minimum of $600. And he then kept going by telling me I should get a package deal which guarantees certain things for $1600. I said no thanks and told him I'd be calling the firm that installed my unit. He then told me they aren't really supposed to clean a defective AC unit and he wasn't kidding as he did a terrible job of it. And this company's policy is that they no longer open the top of an AC unit to clean out all the leafs and debris.

Called TDH and it was a pleasure dealing with Wally. We received quotes from other companies just to receive the same old story from every salesman. Wally came out, was incredibly knowledgeable and was also onsite for the install to ensure everything was done correctly. He was not just a sales guy. He’s part of the install team and I appreciated that. Our friends have used their services multiple times and we will too!

This company is great if you like drivers that tailgate you when you aren’t even in the fast lane, flash their lights at you, then pass you on the right side, and the driver gives you the finger. Doing a great job!
