Heater wasn't working. They were able to come out the next day and fix it for me. Very professional and nice. Will use them again.

The guys were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was having a plumbing problems when the showed up and they help me with the issue. I thought that was nice of them.

My furnace was in it's death throws trying to run the AC in this 100+ degree weather. I started calling around and everyone was booked out for days. I called Exclusive and they said Wednesday, but if something opened up they would call me back, I thought yeah right. Maybe ten minutes later I get a call back saying they could come tomorrow between 1 and 4pm, I said great. Saturday comes and I get a call asking if they can be there around 12? Hell yeah you can come early. So Sal shows up, super friendly, super professional, and super knowledgeable. Diagnoses the problem right away, wastes no time fixing the issue and he his out the door so we can carry on with our day. Needless to say they have definitely gained a new customer.

All I needed was for my AC to be charged, but Patrick was honest about the amount of refrigerant it needed and it worked out perfectly. He also came out right away. I would use this company again.

A handicapped person called for service and it's a shame to be taken advantage of this way. Patrick double charged for a service and the unit was not working properly when he finished. He added 2 pounds of freon that was needed at all so that the unit would not work so he could be called out again to fix what he should have fixed in the first place. Charging more money. Money was not the problem, we will pay for what we want. We had to call a different company that came out and fixed the unit, removed 2 pounds of freon because too much was in the unit and now the unit works beautifully. We will not be calling Patrick anymore.

Our heater went out early in the morning, but we didn't realize it until the afternoon when we noticed it kept running but wasn't getting any warmer. We called this company at around 4 in the afternoon and Patrick said he'd be here between 5&7 that evening. Gave him my info and received a call just before 5 letting me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part with him to fix it. This company does charge a fee to diagnose the problem, but it goes towards the total (if you decide to go with them). I called another place that has free diagnosis, but they didn't answer their phone, I left a message and they never called back. So paying the fee was totally worth it, since we didn't want to freeze at night. Will use this company again for our HVAC & plumbing needs.

Patrick came right away and fixed our unit super fast! Very professional and nice. He even recommended an extra service, gave price for it and also mentioned that we could do it ourselves by buying a product in store. Honesty like that is not very common and it was much appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

I had contacted this company first but I wasn't able to get an appointment until the following day. So I found a free coupon online for another company to come out that same day. They came out and gave me a full analysis of my unit. My unit is older? No my unit is OLD!!!32
yrs. The first company recommended me getting a whole new unit and since I was replacing the air conditioner that I should also replace the heater at the same time. The next day I called Exclusive home services again and Patrick J. was able to come out within a couple of hours. He called me twice regarding his ETA. He greated me by my name. He looked at my whole system. I also showed him the specs from the previous company. He recommended putting leak repair in and put a couple pounds of freon. He stayed for about an hour to make sure things were running properly. My system is up and running like it's brand new. I would totally recommend Patrick J at Exclusive Home Services for any HVAC repair. I completely trust him and I will be doing maintenance on my unit annually or biannually for the heater also. I don't want to end up spending 10 to 12,000 on a new unit. Thanks Patrick.

Patrick runs a great business and has always been transparent and fair about his pricing. He has been our go to HVAC company for many years and will continue to be the first and only person we will call when our four-plexes need service or repair.

Highly recommend this company! Called spoke to Patrick my air just stopped working on the first day of a big heat wave over 100 outside. He got someone out here the next day. Phillip was our technician he was very professional and knowledgeable. The part we needed had to be ordered but with the heat they took the next step and drove and got the part so Phillip could fix the next day. Phillip came back fixed it everything's working great. I then received a call the next day by Phillip just checking to make sure everything was still good. I will always use this company! Patrick you have a awesome technician working for you. I have used them twice and Patrick does what he can to fit you in. The techs are honest & up front..I will definately use them again. They do plumbing, ac, heating & a great company to deal with. No complaints.
