The fan on our AC went out the day before our first triple-digit temp of the year! We called and Patrick was able to make the necessary repair (replacement of the capacitor) within a few hours. His professionalism was a credit to him and Exclusive HVAC. He was able to fit us in right at the end of the night so we didn't even have to go one night warm. The price for repair was very competitive. Would call again for AC repair needs.

Saturday service is appreciated. The problem was quickly diagnosed by the technician. and he gave a good explanation of what happened. Parts were available on the truck...no delay in repair of the propane leak.

Patrick arrived on time found the issues and diagnosed the problem. Made suggestions of what I needed to do, explained the recommended repairs. We are satisfied with his work and will use his services again. We will recommend him to our friends. Thanks again

Fix the issue in less than 30 min. was very pleased by the speed.

On a hot day, i had to call for service.they came same day, assessed the problem and gave me options, includingsuggested financing. I chose to replace 35 years old central system. They worked all evening to find me a new system and were out the next day to get it installed. New equipment is much more efficient and serves bigger area...Exclusive chose well for me. My new cooler is running half the time the old one did and house is cooler even though I raised the temp on thermostat.
Notified me of service appointments with windows they met.

Patrick was great. Gave a response time and arrived earlier than given time...which was great. Got the job done very quick. The furnace is now working great...no complaints here. I would most definitely used him again and highly recommend him as well

Patrick and Phillip do an amazing job. They are responsive, fairly priced, and follow-up when I call them. They have helped when I have called each time for a variety of one offs. I highly recommend.

We were dying in this heat and it was Patrick and Phillip to the rescue! Patrick scheduled my repair right away. Phillip was on time and called when he was on the way. Fast and friendly service that got our house back to being cool right away. Honestly, you don't need to look any further for a good, quality HVAC company with excellent communication. Should we ever be in this situation again, we know exactly who to call. Thank you again Phillip and Patrick!

Exclusive HVAC service was excellent! Patrick the owner was very helpful and his Tech Phillip was excellent. Patrick took the call late in the day and was going to come over personally if his tech could not make it. Turned out his Tech Phillip was available to come over and he got right down to business. Once he found out what the problem was he had to run and go get the part and install it in the blower. Its was raining and dark and he gets back and gets it done. Quality Price and Service. 5 stars

Patrick and Phillip were both courteous, professional and the A/C replacement done quickly, in the midst of 103 degree weather. That they even came out in that heat makes them a Godsend! Our A/C whole unit replacement is working well. I can't thank you enough!
