Customer service was not as knowledgeable as other local shops. Was dismissive and annoyed at questions about their product. First and last time here.

Eric and Troy were very kind and very helpful in finding what we needed for our crazy plumbing problem. They had the parts we couldn't find anywhere else with low cost. I recommend Edge Supply for your plumbing needs.

Was very impressed with the staff. Even though they didn’t carry the part I needed, they went out of their way to try to help me figure out what I needed.

Don't be foolish and go here. Super high prices even for contractors. Trust me I've compared invoices in depth.. They didn't used to be but greed has overtaken the land. Go to Locke supply. L ANd J plumbing is the cheapest by far! WISE UP EDGE WE ARE NOT STUPID!

Coopers didn't have what I needed. These guys did!

As a contractor I’ve used Edge for years. But avoid this place. The counter guys could care less to help. The last few times in there has been disappointing. I won’t be using Edge again. I’ll spend my money somewhere that appreciates my business.

Great bunch of guys and always willing to help you out. They didn't have the part I needed today but most of the time they do.

Update nobody in Springfield carried the part that I needed. Looks like a Chinese junk.

Dennis from Colepepper was great! He came in and solved my problem in 15-20 minutes. He had all the right tools and was polite and extremely professional. I won't call any other plumbing company in San Diego. Thank you!

I'm only giving a star because the plumbers Colepepper uses are always super nice and great, they deserve stars. For pricing, if I could give a negative 10 stars I would. I have used Colepepper for several things, good experience. Recently I had a faucet that was leaking in the bathroom. Plumber came out, said they can't fix must be a replacement. Okay - sounds good. My first quote was $1500 dollars! That's absolutely insane! I quickly said absolutely not, I know how much this should cost and that is not it. It then turned to a conversation of "Well what do you want to pay"... I said not that, thanks I'll get a quote elsewhere. Plumber had to keep calling who ever was making decisions and in minutes it went down to $900. Another call, and another rev went down to $789 plus the $100 I had already spent to book the apt... so $889 dollars. I honestly did it at this point because it had been a few hours and I needed this done and didn't have time to find another plumber at this point given I had client sessions for my company.
A gentleman called a few days later to say the card they had on file had an issue and asked how service was. I gave a new card and said this pricing was super suspicious, odd, and how does it start at 1500 and go to 800. He was supposed to call me back and of course didn't.
Did I mention I'm a woman? Well... sadly I feel like I got "woman" pricing. I hope I'm wrong, but this is just odd. I'm a woman who knows a lot about fixing things, pricing, and servicing... none of this really adds up.
The plumbers are so nice, but I'm done with this place and feel I should mention to my neighbors as well.

STOP harassing me with your phone calls and voicemails. I'm a renter and have never used your services. And because I'm constantly called and left voicemails.I never will use your services in the future. It's excessive I don't get spam calls or sales calls from any companies but I get so many from colepepper plumbing

I am not one to write bad reviews to anyone and the truth is I thought about it a lot before writing this but the truth is that I am very upset with this company. Exactly two weeks ago on April 23rd I called this company for an emergency I had with my sewage pump. I was desperate because my husband was out of the country. When I called they told me that they would charge me an amount of, if I am not mistaken 39.99 to come inspect the problem. An hour before arriving, the technician called me and told me he was on his way. When he arrived he was very kind and asked me questions about what was going on. I explained everything I could and he told me that possibly the pump needed to be replaced. He told me that he could do a diagnosis, but that it would cost me 688 dollars because they had to work with sewage. I told him that was fine and he made me sign something on his tablet, he went to his truck and came back with a metal stick in the shape of a "t." He proceeded to remove the cover of the black water tank (4 screws) and put the stick inside to touch the pump, he did this for less than 1 minute and told me that there was nothing he could do, and that possibly the pump was damaged (how could he know that the pump is damaged if he do not check it) he did not even bother to try. He told me that he could give me an estimate to replace it and that normally the job is more than 5500 dollars. I told him that I would wait to see what my husband said since he was traveling out of the country. The man returned to his truck to drop off the pole and I went inside the house to abuse my card to pay $688 that he charged me for doing nothing (an imaginary diagnosis perhaps). That same day with the help of buckets from Home Depot I removed all the black water and checked the pump with my husband's instructions and it turns out that it was baby wipes that were stuck in the mill that did not allow it to move and caused the breaker to trip. I cleaned the pump with the pressure hose to remove the baby wipes, installed the pump again, and reset the breaker. Unsurprisingly it worked like new. I, a small woman, solved the problem that a professional couldn't or didn't even try, and in two minutes he stole $688 from me. You are a fraudulant company and a dishonest to the public. You have no morals or values. What you did to me was robbery in plain sight. You took advantage of an unknowing person. I don't recommend this company to any single woman.

I called and made an appointment with this company. They gave me a 4 hour window of time for arrival. I waited 2 hours and they called to say they would not be able to make it that day and asked if I could reschedule for next day with ANOTHER 4 hour window of time. I explained I would not be home and then out of the state for 8 days. I stated I would be happy to have them arrive later they but not the next day, Never heard from them again.

Terrific service! Chris was here 1st thing in the morning (on time as scheduled), with a smile and several options for fixing our waterheating disaster. He got to work right away and really did a beautiful job on installation and on the psi regulator dig & add. The house no longer screams when the sprinklers go on 😃.
    Highly recommend using them!

Sam was great at communicating the process of descaling the water heater and providing information about my whole home plumbing system.
