Ou Technian was fabulous. Scheduling was a bit of a prolblem but in the end the job was completed to my satisfaction.

I used their website last night to schedule an appointment for today between 9am and 11am. I waited till a little after 11 am and called, they told me they called me and left a message saying “they don’t service my area”. I didn’t receive a call, email or text from them. Zero communication, wasted my time. If you guys don’t service my area you should of told me last night when I called you. Terrible service.

They came out immediately and David was very nice and explained the process in detail. Then the plumber came out right after and fixed it ASAP. Very happy with my services.

Edward was very professional when checking the damages as well as in replacing the broken water heater. He was very timely in coming to complete the job and in completing all the work.

We had a leak under our foundation, Roto Rooter came out and gave us a good idea of what work was going to be needed to fix the problem. We originally had a bad faith estimate from a company based in Mission Hills who attempted to over charge us by more than $8000 dollars than Roto Rooter. This company insisted that the ONLY WAY to fix the problem was cut through the slab and the job would take 3+ weeks to complete do to plan checks, pulling permits and on site inspections. Roto didn’t have to cut the slab, and completed the job in one day. Their workers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Had them to come out for cost on installing a new kitchen sink . i had purchased all parts for new insulation. Due to back concerns just did not want to tackle task . was informed it would take about two hours at a cost of $900.28 dollars had two only make two cut as for repairs. Just can't believe that cost. Job done by me and a friend . i wiil never call them rip-off.
