I called two other plumbing companies in Cleveland, both of which were no shows or rescheduled so many times I gave up! Southeast was the first company to show up when they said they were going to, and they came out same day! Fixed my little odd jobs that I haven't been able to get fixed for months due to frustrations with other companies! Will only use them from now on!

Just a shout out to Dylan! I called 6 plumbers before I got ahold of Dylan and none of them acting like they wanted to help. Just shows he really cares about his customers and doesn't mind to lend out a helping hand! I can't thank you enough for all the help! I would have gave you 10 stars if I could have!

Dillon came out and stopped my banging pipes by replacing a defective valve. He figured out what the problem was and took care of it quickly. He is courteous and knowledgeable and I’m so glad I found him!

They were absolutely fantastic! Bradley was able to figure out exactly what the problem was he fixed it right away. He was professional and incredibly wonderful to work with! I would highly highly recommend this company!

We had an issue in late August and they came out to repair that day which was great and they got the job done quickly, which was also excellent. Unfortunately, about three weeks later, it started leaking again and they are not returning our phone calls.

I called Dillon on a Saturday afternoon with a plumbing emergency, he said he would be at my house in 45 minutes, he actually made it in about 40 minutes. He listened to me, which I definitely appreciated, and then got to work. The problem ended up being much worse than either of us expected, he had to call and have all of the underground power and phone lines marked so he could come back on Sunday. It turned out to be a big repair, a lot of hard work on his part. He remained cheerful and pleasant throughout, did the job right and was very fair with his price. I had a main drain clog on a Saturday. I called Southeast Rooter and talked to Josh. He came out within a couple of hours and did a great job. He used a hydro jet and got it unclogged. Very professional and reasonable price. I will be using this company again in the future. I highly recommend for anyone with plumbing issues!!!

Amazing, super responsive, super professional, super affordable for emergency service on a Saturday. I plan to only use them from now on. High quality service! Brad made me a top priority when I was worried about my house possibly flooding. I appreciate him so much! I highly recommend this company!

We were surprised when sitting in our dinning room the ceiling started to leak! We feared the worst when we realized it was coming from the bathroom above. We called Southeast Rooter and Plumbing and once we explained the issue, they made space in the schedule for us pronto! Upon arrival and inspection, Dillon pointed out the rather loose drain in the shower and fixed it in minutes! We were so relieved we called them! Extremely professional and really knows their stuff! I will ALWAYS call them when help is needed!!!!!

Bradley was very nice, professional, and efficient in his repair of a leak near our meter. He was also kind enough to remind me to check with the utility company about their forgiveness plan which helped me to save money. I would highly recommend him again.

Very pleased with the service provided by Southeast Rooter and Plumbing. Brad was punctual, knowledgeable, as well as friendly. He did a great job replacing my bathroom faucets and kitchen sink, they look great. He was even able to do some unexpected adjusting to my kitchen to make sure that I was able to have the exact kitchen sink I wanted. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Very, very pleased with service I received. We had a busted main water line and the plumber we were working with was slow in getting the job done, he made several appoint changes. Being without water several days, we started looking for other plumbers all were very busy. I saw Southeast Rooter and Plumbing website and was impressed, so I gave them a call expecting to hear the same story. When explained the issue to the person who answered the phone, he said he have two men out as soon as possible. They were here within a few hours and had water running to our house in no time and at a reasonable price. And they were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Southeast Rooter and Plumbing.

Mike did a great job fixing our water heater problems. He made practical and economical suggestions. Will be using Southeast plumbing in the future!

They came to repair my field lines back in June. They said it would take 2 months for the dirt to settle and then they'd come back to level out my yard. Here we are almost 4 months later and they will not answer my phone calls. I've left countless messages and call multiple times a week to try and get in touch with them. Paid $7k for my back yard to look like this.
I would level it out myself but it is all thick rock that I can't move. Terrible company, will not recommend.

Could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service from Mike on a recent bathroom vanity upgrade project. It was a bit of a challenging project and required roughing in additional plumbing to upgrade from a one to two sink vanity in a very narrow bathroom. I also had to delay completion of the project - from beginning to end, they were so responsive every time. I have a beautiful finished project and am so relieved that it went well.

Great company! Dylan was quick with quoting and getting his guys onsite as soon as he could. Mike did plumbing work for us twice and was amazing, including addressing other issues he found while working on the original project. They also did some drywall work that was immaculate; you would never know they replaced our washer line hookups with Pex.

Highly recommend! Came out to solve what had turned into a septic and plumbing disaster and didn’t leave until the job was finished. Professional, friendly, and thorough.
