Winkles Plumbing - fantastic company. We have had them do repairs on two jobs and they are reliable, show up on time, do the repair accurately and are reasonably priced. John was excellent, very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We had multiple plumbing issues, some very serious. Jon came out, gave us a fair quotation, and then arrived a few days later and spent most of the day fixing them, even though some were more complicated than expected. Jon was friendly, persistent, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We will definitely use Winkle's again.

Winkles is awesome. They have done a couple of plumbing repairs for us and have always been punctual with fair pricing. Our most recent issue was handled by Jon. He was informative, transparent, and friendly through the whole process. Cannot recommend Winkles and Jon enough!

I need my water line from the meter to my house rerouted and replaced. Jon was so helpful, communicative, and professional. They also quoted me $2000 less than other plumbers for the same quote. Will be using again and 100% recommend!

Having had a business relationship with Shane Winkle in the earlier days of his business, and after the untimely loss of a dear friend of 30 years who was a plumber, I thought I would reach it to Winkles Plumbing to assist with a remodel project. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing as there was no follow through, resulting in our losing confidence in the company. We understand that that perfection does not exist and our expectations were simple; follow through with an onsite inspection and cost the project, ultimately leading to contracting and completion. Without the ability to get to that point we decided to move on. It was further disappointing, when in the days following my call to the office to explain that the ball was dropped, there has been no call back from Winkle’s in an interest/effort to pursue moving forward with.
I’m sure that our experience is not typical of this company, nonetheless it was our experience.

Kevin came to a clients house and was there for 2 issues! Figured them out quickly and helped with ideas so it doesn’t happen again! Thank you for being so kind to my client!

I’m a new customer to Winkles Plumbing and I’m impressed! I’d heard about them because I frequently see Winkles recommended in our community FB group anytime someone asks for a plumber. Jonathan took GREAT care of me. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He is a good communicator and shows up when he says he will. Shane & Jonathan both helped me with an inadequate drain problem (caused by a previous plumber). Winkles is good people. I see now why all my neighbors recommend Winkles Plumbing…and I do too.

I was in need of plumbing services in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Jonathan came and assessed the situation and committed to return to roughed in shower valve and secondary divert and 2 inch trap and drain for tiled shower. He was on time, he was knowledgeable, neat and work area clean. I would highly recommend Winkle’s Plumbing.

Use them!!! For real call them. After going round and round with way, overpriced quotes from companies like pioneer plumbing (run far away from them), these guys were incredibly budget friendly, courteous, responsive, and trustworthy!!! I will be recommending them to my friends and will not use another plumber Plumber while I'm in Knoxville. Thank you so much to my incredible service person, John! Be customer service I've received in a very long time!

We had a yard line start leaking & had to shut off water to the house. Jon came out and fixed it for us — at 7P at night! I can't recommend Winkle's enough: they're good folk, they do great work, they are timely, friendly, and affordable. Call them when you need some plumbing done: they don't disappoint!

Jon replaced almost all my old plumbing. Cast iron, galvanized steel, did plumbing to bring a washer and dryer upstairs. He is a great worker. He is honest. Very reasonable. I am very very pleased with all the work he did. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin and company tore out our tub and put in a custom shower, and we love it! They did great work, made sure we approved of everything they did along the way. I heartily recommend them!

Winkles Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our water heater with a brand new tank. They’re a small, local business, and you can really see it in the quality of their work and the pride they take in doing things the right way.

Their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other estimates we received that were much higher. Jonathan was fantastic! He explained everything clearly, was super easy to talk to, and struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.

The thing that impressed me most was how trustworthy he was. He only recommended what truly needed to be replaced. We had a recirculating pump that was older, and instead of trying to upsell us, he explained that these pumps are built to last forever and that ours had no real issues— so there was no reason to replace it and spend extra money. That level of honesty is rare and so appreciated.

Highly recommend Winkles Plumbing! We will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Brittany could have just left and said it's as good as it's going to get. NO she stayed until the problem was found and fixed!

Was charged $595 to cable a drain and told there was a couple tree roots and the drain was clear. Two weeks later it backed up again and they returned for my one free return cable. Nothing found to be blocking the drain. Was offered a $495 camera or $1500 jet. Another company came with a free camera and told me the line was full of tree roots and collapsed and there is no way a cable would have gotten all the way past our property line without hitting major issues. Twice flooded basement could have been avoided and prices are completely insane.

I had a small back up due to root intrusion in an exit line from my house into a city line. II had a small back up due to root intrusion in an exit line from my house into a city line. I called Roto-Rooter. The service was good, and the technician damaged his equipment so he said there was a possible line damage somewhere between my house and the street. He gave me a rough estimate and they scheduled Another appointment for their excavation and evaluation people to come four days later to do a free evaluation And submit a proposal To find out what exactly needed to be done. I was given the promise that mine would be the first scheduled appointment of the day. 9 AM was the scheduled appointment. I even got a courtesy call at 8 AM to let me know the technician would be out. 10 minutes later, I get another call from their scheduler telling me that they had scheduled another appointment at the same time and that mine would be delayed in a window of 3 to 6 hours later. So… I was happy with the initial fixing of the back up, but do you have my appointment rescheduled after I had already been told the tech was on the way seemed a bit odd. I will go through this evaluation and proposal meeting. However, I view this as just that finding mission and I know in the service industry, things do change rapidly , however it would be appreciated if when a business schedules four days in advance and calls to say a tech is on the way that that would be true. I guess I’m in a wait-and-see mode. Hopefully the evaluation is truthful and will be the first of many, and I will certainly look for another company to take my business , thank you

David and Dillan were very professional and helpful. They did an amazing job and explained everything to me and showed me what was going on. They were pro active letting me know of any issues I could possible encounter in the future! I loved there sense of humor and how friendly they were. They definitely made a bad situation more bearable! I would recommend the two of them to anyone for their plumbing needs and I would definitely ask for them in the future. Thanks again guys.
