Had a shower back up. Had 2 plumbing companies out prior to calling Roto Rooter. Bree and Natalie were awesome. It was a complex repair and they clearly communicated what needed to be done and the limitations. Provided the estimate and the work was completed the next day. What took 2 other plumbing companies a week and a half, Bee and Natalie, along with the excavation crew, had it repaired in less than 24 hours. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again and would not hesitate recommending them.

I had a leak in the basement. Mind you there is no bathroom or water down there, but there is a drain. Two guys came out and said that they tried to snake the drain twice and they were sending an excavation expert. I called for a second opinion, thankfully, and was told that is a French drain in the ground and it is supposed to have dirt because that is where the condensation from my furnace drains. I just need a pump hooked up to my furnace condensation line and run to my plumbing I was charged over $200 for nothing, and had I not
gotten a second opinion they would have torn up my concrete. I called to speak with a supervisor he said he would look into it and call me back and Mike has still not called me back.

I had Natalie M. come out and work on some issues I had with water backing up into my basement and she gave the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumber. She knew what the problem was almost instantly , she explained it easily to us and did all she could to fix the problem while she was here and then gave us further information to get the rest of it cleared out by the city. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable about what she’s doing and gave us great comfort in knowing it was in her hands! She’s the best!!!

We had the pleasure of having Natalie and Chloe as our team of plumbing professionals and they were phenomenal! We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours of our drain problem occurring. They were fast, professional and provided a great deal of education, in addition to, answering a ton of my questions. I am so grateful for their great attitudes and exceptional service. Not to mention, seeing more women in trades is where it's at. THANK YOU ladies.

Existing hot water heater was leaking. Called on Monday about 10 and I had a new heater installed by 4:00! Great service and even showed up early. Very impressed with excellent service. Called other companies, and pricing was less with Sheely. Will use for any other plumbing needs!

I had a great experience here.

Had to replace my Hot Water heater and Hanks came out and removed the old one that was leaking with a new one that was an upgrade. Only took them about 3 hours and now I have a new heater installed that is working perfectly. Cleaned up after the job like no one was here. Got a great price for the new heater. Fast efficient service and top quality work. Hanks is the best plumbing service company in Montgomery by far.
