A few things went wrong so it took a couple extra days than planned but they (Especially Dillon) were super informative about everything and beyond nice! They made sure we wouldn't have to go without water overnight and we're here 1st thing in the morning to get back to work!! I definitely recommend these guys over every other place!!

Dillon and Garrett were amazing! We had a huge unexpected project right after buying a house. They were so nice, understanding, friendly and helped explain everything to us! They came out on Black Friday to give us an estimate and by Monday they were working. They came back for 3 days until it got fixed. The dispatcher was also super friendly and helpful! It was a great experience for what we were going through. I will definitely call them the next time we need someone! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Breanna was personable, knowledgeable and professional. She showed up early on a Sunday and did a great job cutting the roots out of our sewer drain.

Ray was quick and effective. Told me my issues, and even gave me tools to help if the issue happens again. I would go back to using Ray and Roto in a heart beat.

Breanna was great! I observed the process of unclogging the pipes in my disposal because I was curious. I have really no plumbing experience so I wanted to ask questions. She was very informative answering all questions I had.

Awesome experience! They were available within 1 hour, showed up and plunged the pip for free and when that worked, they didn't end up charging me anything for their time and labor. I was very surprised. It was so generous of them. Great experience.

Breanna did an outstanding job! She was professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly. She was fast & efficient. When plumbing issue was fixed. She gave us some tips on how maintain a clear pipe..keeping from future clogs.

Tech Rylee S was great! He walked me through all options and was clear, honest, quick, and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond, even telling me that my house has a lead connection, which can be replaced by the city for free! Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Super responsive - got out to help with our sink backup right away and both pros were very helpful - even fixed another small leak for me. Amazing work.

Breanna is incredible! First of all, seeing a female plumber fix things men couldn't is just empowering as a woman. Second, shes so professional and cleans up after herself! I've never had a plumber come out that mopped the floor when they were done. She came to fix my stores bathroom but I will be keeping her in mind for my own homes plumbing needs. She is an asset to roto-rooter and deserves the highest recognition.

Bill has been such a help in fixing our plumbing issue today. He was very easy to work with and really cared to provide excellent service. The whole experience has been great and we are looking forward to his visit tomorrow to put the new fixtures as a final step.

Dillon did an excellent job of replacing the sewer line. They were so prompt on arrival and very courteous while here.
I highly recommend Roto-Rootor. We have had them 3 times and each time was a good experience with excellent results.

Hello we had Bill come out and fix a pipe that burst due to a frozen pipe. He was efficient same day service done. He also let me know everything he was going to do beforehand. I appreciate his work and quality. He was respectful and kind. Thanks you.

Rylee and Mike came out and unblocked our kitchen and bathroom drains. They explained everything well to us what was wrong and how they were going to fix them. They were upfront with their pricing as well!! They were very professional and did a great job!!! We'll definitely be using them again...but hopefully not to soon....lol

Breanna is a rock star! I had been dealing with frozen pipes for 2 days, every company was booked for another 3-4 days. Got a call saying they could squeeze me in today! Huge relief for me. I tried all the home remedies and it wouldn’t budge. Breanna came out here and had my water running within 20 minutes! Explained the fix, why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will absolutely be calling here again!

Dillion Mills, our service technician was BEYOND AMAZING!! He worked us into his busy, Monday morning schedule, after we called on a Sunday night and requested help asap for our backed up sewer pipe. He was on time, and told us upfront what our options and the associated costs would be, and then got to work! After only a few minutes, he found that our problem was simple and quick to fix, and so he was able to extend to us a savings on the visit!!! So honest!!! 5 stars! How wonderful!!! I would highly recommend!!!

Bree & Natalie we're fantastic! They were very timely/on time, smiling upon arrival, friendly, a pleasure to work with! They cabled my sewer line and had it cleared and opened up quickly. They checked to make sure water was flowing and there was no obstruction. Bree even placed a call to the city and arranged for them to come out to inspect my sewer line for problems. Very good quality service! I would definitely hire them again!

Bill quickly came over and did our inspection for a new water heater. He was heading out on vacation the next day, so we waited until he returned to have him come and replace it. Unfortunately, he was scheduled to come in Sat (after Christmas) and the supplier was closed so we had to wait until Monday to get it replaced. Everything went pretty well overall, however during the installation he had to go get copper wire and that took a little over an hour (which we had to pay for). Then as I was paying, there was $110 credit card fee, which I was not told about prior to, so we had to pay it since we didn’t have another payment method. Bill was professional and helpful and so far, things are working well.

We had a guy come out to clear a back up in our basement. He came, said he cleared it and then left the water running for 8 hours. When I called to complain (water bill is expensive) they stated that they would be refunding us 40$ of the over 300 we spent on the clearing. Less that 24 hours later our pipes backed up again. Roto rooter sent out a guy with a camera. He came out and told us there is a giant root ball blocking the entrance of the pipe. He said for $1,395 dollars that he would be able to clear the roots out of the pipe. The day came for him to “Hydro Jet” the pipe, after about 10 minutes he came and said the other end of the pipe was broken so he could not continue but the first half of the pipe was done. The city would have to come out and fix it to complete the service.

When the city came, they showed us that the part of the pipe that was “completed” still had all of the roots that were suppose to be cleared. They gave the go ahead for roto rooter to come and clear the pipe as the roots would not have any impact on the break. Together with the city guy we called roto rooter and they cleared them to come out. Roto rooter refused. Several times. The city ended up clearing the “already completed” side of things as well as the rest of the pipe. Mind you this was in August. Today December 9th after 8 attempts to get a refund, Mike the manager of the company stated that he would only be refunding half the money. And was incredibly rude on the phone. Zero out of 10. Please look into Butlers Rooter or Wasko for your needs. They are 1/3 of the price and won’t try and scam you with cleaning the roots in your pipe. They will cut them out which will give you 3 years vs 3 days.

Breanna was very informative and thorough during our visit. Our clog was fixed quickly and before our guests arrived! She took time to understand the issue, asked questions to get the full picture and determined a plan of action. She let us know exactly what was going to happen and alternative steps if that didn’t clear things up. Thankfully everything went smoothly and plumbing is flowing better than before. Wonderful representative to have at your company.
