Very happy with my recent service from Roto-Rooter. The team worked so hard and well into the evening to make sure we had water. It rained fiercely but they continued to finish the job. Jose and Isaiah were very professional and even jumped in to help when the 5 year old was covered in fire ants. We highly recommend their service.

Julian and Ariya provided service that was quick, helpful, & professional. They explained everything to me well and were in and out! Thank you sooo much!

Had water back up from my washer to the toilet at 6:30 at night. Roto Rooter came out on Monday 11/30/24, cleaned out my pipes. Found roots in the outside lines. Kevin the field Supervisor came out the next day (New Years Eve day) used the camera to locate the problem areas. They were willing to come the next day (New Years Day) at no extra charge and fix it. I elected to have them wait till today 1/4/25 on a Saturday because that was what worked best for me. They handled EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! Was here when they said they would be and did a Fantastic JOB!!!!!

Alex Sanchez was my service technician today; he was immediately able to troubleshoot the issue in a timely manner.

Alex was a wealth of knowledge, and I look forward to future service projects with Rotor Rooter.

Our service technician, David, was wonderful! He came in & got right to work to help us remedy our clogged sink problem. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Jose and Kevin were so incredibly helpful and on Christmas Eve no less! I don’t think anyone could’ve been as fast as Jose was. He cut up my walkway, pulled out the tree roots that caused my line to backup, put it all back together, and cleaned up within hours. Above and beyond service and I felt supported during a very stressful emergency on a holiday.

David did an amazing job. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone!

While my insurance (USAA) worked to deny my claim and took on average weeks to respond, Setti and his team responded quickly, answered any/all questions, and continued to help me well after the initial work was done

Phil and Isaiah came and and replaced a collapsed sewer line for me. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the work quickly, even though they had to dig by hand and break some concrete. Excellent work

Alex demonstrated great customer service skills. He was very professional in explaining details of service to be performed. He cleaned up behind himself and used protective measures not to damage my floors. He also advised me on basic ways to prevent the problem in the future.

Davis was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He also double checked his work and made sure that everything was working before he left. I highly recommend him!

The technician Alex was nice and clearly an expert but the price was ridiculous. I'm giving five stars for the technician but I would find a different plumber in the future given Roto-Rooters pricing.

Schedule my appointment was also difficult and the app doesn't seem to work (I put my contact information in but it didn't see that I had an appointment).

Phil did a fantastic job cleaning out my sewage drain and replacing the broken pipes with the new ones. I really appreciate his professionalism and help!! I would highly reccomend Roto-Rooter to anybody that is in need of their services.

Jayson and his associates were very friendly and personable. They got the job done fast and communicated with me through the process. I recommend giving Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup a call when you suddenly find yourself with a water line leak and water flooding your basement slab.
