I got a referral from ABC Plumbing to call Master to pump and clean out a lift station in my backyard. Anthony notified me that he was on his way and showed up shortly after. We reviewed. the cost for the pump and clean out and then he got to work. The lift station isn't very large so the process went smoothly and quickly. In the end, Anthony ending up charging me an hourly rate and gallons pumped instead of the flat rate, because it saved me a little money! My station isn't as large as what they normally take care of, so it was very considerate of him/the company to acknowledge that and adjust the price accordingly without me even having to ask.

He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was efficient. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

We needed a second opinion on the cause and origin of some water damage. Master Plumbing sent a journeyman plumber to our home. His name is Jim C. He determined the origin of our water damage and gave us a very fair and considerate quote for installation of a new. We cannot say enough good things about Jim. Thank you, Master Plumbing.

Technician was awesome. But the service call charge is outrageous. To adjust guest bathroom toilet it cost me $209 dollars. No parts, service call and 10 minute adjustment. Crazy never again.

The technician Tony did an excellent job installing a whole house
shut -off valve. We highly recommend Master Plumbing.

Kyle did an excellent job. He dealt with the manufacturer of our water heating system and determined the reason that the unit was not working properly. He was very thorough and was able to come up with the best solution.

Mikayla and Mark came out yesterday to complete the septic lid problem. It was a very dangerous situation for anyone (myself for years) in having to lift the lid and not fall in. No other company previously suggested this but Mikayla and Mark did and solved it! I mean, this is life changing for me dealing with this for 30 years!! God bless them!

I called master plumbing to come to my rescue As I had issues with my tub, my toilet and my other bathroom. Colton T. and Chris T. came to my house they were both very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very professional. Colton T. did a complete assessment of my problem and an estimate to fix the problems. He’s thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. Colton T. also arranged for Chris T. to come that same day to pump out my septic tank to complete the job. Chris T. explain to me everything he was doing and how to keep my septic tank healthy. Colton T. made me another appointment for the next business day so he could come to repair one of my toilets and to clean my drains of clogs in both of my bathrooms.

Kyle was awesome to work with! He showed up quickly to our home and spent time going over all our options. We didn’t feel rushed and he seemed to really care about finding the right solution for our bathroom leak.

I had a really great experience working with Master Plumbing on a septic pump-out and fitting a new septic riser and lid. Mark and Makayla, the service management team, were fantastic to work with in figuring out some questions I had on the septic system. Anthony, who did the pumping, was on time and great to work with. This company has high integrity, great communication, and deep expertise on what they do. Highly recommend!

Had an issue develop on a Fridat evening (of course) and was able to get in touch with Master Plumbing first thing Saturday when they opened. Thankfully they were able to get someone out to my place in a matter of hours. John C showed up and after a few minutes of describing what was going on he started diagnosing from the septic clean out. Ultimately he dug up the front cover to the septic tank and found plant roots under the cover and stopping up the input. A few minutes later everything was clear and flowing normally. He also took the time to answer questions about our drain field as well as the hot water heater. Overall a fantastic experience with answers to help prevent future issues. Well done John!

Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem with my shower valve and discussed several potential options to fix it. He picked up the necessary parts and very creatively installed them as the original installation when the house was built had been poorly done. Plan to use Kyle for any further plumbing problems we might have. The price we paid was very reasonable given the expensive Delta parts.

Jon was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and kind, came right in and got to work resolving the plumbing issues we were having. Pricing is fair and only offered for the things that needed to be replaced. We would definitely recommend this company to others and use it again for our plumbing needs.

Cliff was great ! Professional, explained his plan and implemented with precision! When finished he removed all of the old pieces and hauled everything away! I would recommend Master Plumbing to anyone needing their services!
