Terrible customer service. It's impossible to get someone on the phone-they put you on hold for 10 minutes then transfer the call then no on ever picks up and if they do it goes to voicemail. Then they don't get back to you after all that time. Incorrect parts are send, packages are left on the sidewalk in the rain, and they could care less. Awful customer service!!

This is my first experience with ferguson. I went into the showroom, the price listed for the toilet i needed was $349.00. I called the next day to order and they told me the price was $384.00 and they wouldnt honor the showroom price.

Yikesss. Been at the counter now for 16 minutes. No one in front of me. Three people behind me. The one employee who helped the guy who was in front of me 17 minutes ago just left after that and didnt say anything to anyone. 18 minutes now its 5:01. They close at 5… customers frustrated. Disappointing.

This place is for box trucks. Sure a tractor trailer can make it work after a jack knife turnaround ripping your trailer tires up. 2 guys in receiving had multiple excuses to not do their job. First said my load was a day late then after I proved them wrong all the sudden there wasn't enough space but after I pleaded with them they agreed to do their job. After 1.5 hrs waiting. I was the only truck there at 6:15 a.m. They are so lazy I'm thinking. Not to mention all the nails you will drive over. I won't be back. I've delivered here 2 times n there won't be a third time. My time and equipment was not respected so I have none for them. Sad. Im always on time and very respectful. I take pride in my work. I wish I could say the same about this place. But I def cannot.

I’ve called this location to try to order a part, I understand that staffing can sometimes be an issue so I won’t be to harsh however I called at 12:39pm and after being on hold for about 30 minutes the plumbing person picked up the line and asked what I needed once I told him what I needed the phone just hung up, I’ve called back and the associate said that sometimes the phones cut out. I called from both my business line and personal and am currently still on hold on both phones, it’s been an hour to try and get a part… it may just be better to go there I don’t understand how the people initially answering the phone can’t just look into the computer?

Friendly and courteous service. 1000 percent better than wandering the aisles of the big orange box store looking for the right fitting.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful, especially considering it took 20 minutes to find a part that they don't sell and that's only worth $5. They even gave me the manufacturers phone number so I could get it myself.

Parking is a little confusing, because the store itself doesn't face the main road.

Terrible products! We built our home 2 years ago & got all of our fixtures through them since that's who the builder used. Our black faucets are all peeling & showing the metal below. I was attempting to clean the sink this morning & the black completely came off the drain. As if that isn't bad enough, they are way higher than anywhere around, so that in combination with the poor quality is a double whammy. Now we are going to have to spend money on new faucets (not at Ferguson), not ones like this, that should last a very long time... Not two years!!!

***In response to your response... As we stated in the review, all of our plumbing was purchased from your store on Ackley & are only 2 years old. They should not look like this!!!

I have waited for two years to write this review to see whether my initial impressions would change.

First of all, I would give Fergusens a 5-star rating for their customer service, timeliness, etc.

However, the Thermador Range that we bought (30" four burner, model TPRD304WHU) for $ 6,200 is woefully deficient and I deeply regret purchasing it.

Why? At full heat, the famous 5-star burner which Thermador touts as a new and improved burner, sends flame and heat up the sides of the pot or pan (even a large, 14" skillet) thereby heating the handle and scorching your hand.

This means that you can't heat a pot or pan at full heat, and when you turn down the heat, the next defect becomes apparent: the five star burner heats the bottom of the pot or pan unevenly--very hot at the points of star burner and much cooler everywhere else.

I find it reprehensible that Thermador did not do sufficient testing to discover and correct these defects, and I hope that Fergusens will take up this complaint with the company and, either no longer sell Thermador ranges or be clear with the customer about the defects of the 5-star burner.

I will, of course, share this complaint with Thermador, but I think that Fergusens, as their vendor and representative should take it up with them as well.

Friendly prompt service.....loading area in the front kinda small especially when it comes to exiting parking lot from the front

Jim C was very knowledgeable and very experienced. He explained the best way to have our tap fixed and explained that the mounts behind the wall would be okay without having to open the wall. Very thankful for that.
I recommend Master Plumbing and I hear that their whole crew is as good as Jim.

This company is very professional and did a great job fixing a DIY project started by son. Kyle V. was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when scheduled and explained what it would take to fix the problem. No surprises or extra charges. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately my experience was not that great. I called about my toilet was slow draining but the rest of my house drained fine, this was on a Monday. They came and went under my house to check it out that day. 2 men came the next day to clear drain but only managed to plug my toilet completely, so totally unusable. I have a single bathroom home. I had to wait until Friday for them to come back to attempt again to clear, with a small amount of plumbing under my toilet. Still unable to fix. I was told I needed a whole new line to city main and would receive a quote. Finally, Monday late afternoon, I called and asked for a manager and expressed my frustration. I later went under my house and found a huge break in my sewer line. The service manager and the original service man came the next day, they were able to replace the clogged broken pipe and sent a Camara down to find the rest of the line was in great shape all the way to city main. The service manager said himself that should have been caught during the first inspection. $2000 dollars later, 8 days without a toilet, me having to call to find out what was going on, only to get ten feet of pipe cut out and replaced that took 2 guys 3 hours. I emailed in response to them thanking me for the business explaining my frustration 2 weeks ago. Still no response. Below is the extent of the repairs.

Master Plumbing was the first company I called after discovering backed up drains in my basement. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional in helping me solve the problem. Hailey told me about the pricing and helped schedule a prompt visit and figure out if it was a drain issue or need for septic tank pumping (Luckily Master Plumbing does both and there was great collaboration with other companies over the phone as well). Kyle K was awesome when he did the pumping, explained the problem, and advised us on how to build a riser, so we don't have to dig it up again). Master Plumbing is very fair and honest with prices and did not try to overcharge us. Definitely will keep them in mind for future needs!

Had a cracked toilet tank that was leaking badly. Master Plumbing came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the toilet without any hassle. They were fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the service—highly recommend!
