Charlie came out sooner than he said he could to fix my shower. He quoted a price and then saw I had another leak. He never mentioned price again but did the job. He was neat, very professional and had all the tools and parts he needed with him. High quality work. Couldn't be happier!

Charles is great, came out and diagnosed my drain pipe issue and gave me a reasonable price to fix it. Came out and fixed it without and hiccups.

If you are prepared to deal with poor communication skills and delay after delay, probably because you are a woman and your job is not going to be prioritized, up until he finally just cancels and wastes weeks of your time, then by all means, have at it and schedule with Lewisville Plumbing "Pros". The low prices are not worth it, better to go with a business that operates with integrity. And the advice really wasn't on point anyway -- he suggested jackhammering the floor when just using a small pump was really the better option, which I had to suggest for him. Really awful experience.

If you're looking for a good plumber in the Piedmont area look no further. These guys do great work at a fair price. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed.

Charles did a great job fixing my dishwasher that was clogged and not draining properly. He responded to my call quickly, was very cordial, and did an excellent job taking care of the problem. He also explored additional plumbing problems that I was experiencing. I highly recommend him.

I am very impressed with Lewisville Plumping Pros, LLC! I had what I thought would be a difficult and expensive repair to a break in my septic line just outside of my house. A septic service found the issue after utilizing a camera to pinpoint the problem after clearing a clog. However, the septic company did not do this type of repair, and said that I would need to find a plumber who did. After scouring the internet for nearby plumbers and checking many reviews, I decided to take a chance on Lewisville Plumbing Pros, LLC... and I am so glad I did! Charles, the owner and founder of the company, promptly came out to give me a free estimate and then came back the next day to perform the repair at the agreed upon, and what I thought was, a very reasonable price! In fact, I thought it was so reasonable I mentioned several other small plumbing issues that were nagging at me and asked him about them. He gave me a new estimate, which I agreed to, picked up the parts he needed early the next morning, and fixed every one of them! Charles is polite, respectful, clearly describes what is needed to do the repairs, and sticks to the price even if he runs into a snafu or two along the way. I am so happy with Lewisville Plumbing Pros that I am going to use them to replace the shower and tub kit in one of my bathrooms!

Had a great experience with Charles this morning as he helped us out of a jam with our new (old) house. Straight forward and easy for a layman to talk to and offered multiple options for resolving the issue. Spotted some other potential problems and let me know about the risks without pressuring me to do more work. 10/10 will call him for plumbing work in the future.

Our experience with Lewisville Plumbing Pros was exceptional. We purchased our toilet and he picked it up and carried our old toilet away. Service was quick and reasonably priced. This young man was very polite and did just what he said he would do. Highly recommend!
