On monday August 4th I called Master Plumbers concerning the replacement of washer faucets in our laundry. We scheduled an appoint for the following day at 3 pm.Jim Lyman was our service tech. I received a call around 2 saying he was running ahead of schedule and was it OK to arrive early. Yeah!!! Jim arrived and didn't mind my barking dogs. Informed me he would need to cut into the drywall to access the pipes and gave me an estimate. He extended and repositioned the faucets and was done by 3 when he was supposed to arrive. No mess and it looks great. Thanks Jim and Master Plumbers 👍

If you need any work done, this is the company to call ! And if Mark is your technician., you will not be disappointed. He was on time, did excellent work , He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied and will never bother calling another company a definite 5 star!

I called Master Plumbing after getting conflicting info and very high estimates from 2 other companies. Jim came out and assessed the issue. And quickly did the repairs for a fair amount. Without trying to talk me in to more repair or upgrades. Or trying to sell me some membership.
I’m glad I called this place!

Steve was great! He was able to arrive earlier than estimated and expertly handled our bathroom toilet adjustments. Not only did he fix the problem, he improved the overall performance of the unit. He was very friendly, professional, and provided great value. Highly recommended if you ever have ANY plumbing issues.

I had a leak coming from my ceiling due to a bad gasket around the overflow pipe in my bathtub. I called Master Rooter Plumbing and they immediately dispatched Tony S. Tony was very nice and professional, he recommended me to a restoration company that would assist in removing part of the ceiling underneath the bath tub from the second level and other areas affected. Once Tony was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from he had it repaired in 5 minutes. Tony also allowed me to observe and ask questions, he was very personable and professional. I will always go to Master Rooter Plumbing from here on out for any plumbing issues I may have in the future!

James came out today, explained in detail what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take.
He did an excellent job for me and what pleasant guy he was. He made sure to explain to me what he did, he showed the new flushing system he installed boy what a difference!
I highly recommend James and Master Plumbing. Very professional I will definitely use them again!!

Tony fixed our leaky shower faucet. He was nice, professional, quick, informative and gave me a quote on a possible soft water install. Would recommend for sure, A+

Jim Colburn came out to replace a shut off valve on one of my toilets. He did a fantastic job and was quick and efficient.

Not only did he take care of my main issue, he went above and beyond and found a major leak that’s been going on behind my water softener by the main shut off valve. He applied a temporary solution and got a mitigation company out while he was still here to start the process of cleaning and repair.

Overall 10/10 and I will continue working with master plumbing and Jim in the future. Thank you!

Called them they were here in 25 minutes and fixed my problem. This was after hours Josh was most excellent. This is the second time I have used them wouldn't call any body else. Merry Christmas and thank you!

First time experience utilizing Master Plumbing/Rooter for a septic clean-out. Suggested by my neighbor who utilizes this company. Scott, the technician, contacted me well in advance of his arrival, and arrived promptly before my appointment window. Clean, modern service truck. Scott was pleasant, professional, and easy to chat with. Gave me a recommended future clean-out date, completed the job, and left my property undamaged by his equipment. Very happy with the service performed

Anthony did a great job! He was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain to me about my septic system’s configuration and ways to keep it healthy and functional for the future.

Frank and the other tech came out and replaced the pipe and fittings to shower drain, tested it and fixed the issue, they were honest. And very knowledgeable about the situation, finished on a timely manner and price was great, I would highly recommend using master plumbing, thank you very much.

Excellent service and very speedy getting to me. I called on Sunday afternoon and Jeff Mc was at my house by Monday morning for the repair. Jeff explained the replacement process of the part that was needed as I watched. Very impressed with this repair service. So glad I called Master Plumbing for this service call.
