Highly recommend Tingley Electric. Jason showed up on time and went straight to work. He is courteous and very professional. He also clearly knows what he is doing. While Jason worked on the project his partner, Anthony performed a safety check on our electrical system, this is included in the cost of the visit. A very good deal. He discovered almost every one of our smoke detectors is at least 7 years out of date! This is NOT something you want to find out when you really need them to work!! I would absolutely use them again.

This is my second experience using Tingley and Nick and his team were fantastic and very professional.

For the first experience years ago , I was in a situation where I had a power outtage and I found this company on google. Doug and the other gentleman were outstanding came out even fixed some other things that were wrong.

I'm very happy with the quality of work Liam and his crew from Tingley Electric. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me some good recommendations for future work. They stayed late to get the job completed in one day and did a good job cleaning up when finished. I would definitely recommend Tingley Electric.

A tree came down and literally ripped all of the wires from our house. Tingley Electric was very responsive, calling me back almost immediately
and I was scheduled for service that morning. The technician was on time and was excellent. He attached all new wires and had the power up and running in just a couple of hours. He also took the time to explain what Eversource would have to do once they arrived.

John helped us get what we needed not what we wanted! He was very professional and involved us in all the decisions. Had great options for switches for wiring the exhaust fan to a timer since they are so quiet now and wiring a switch to an overhead fan so that there were two "dimmers" one that controlled the fan speed and an other the light. Very satisfied with the work and the communication to the office. Texted follow ups and alerted us to earlier appointment when it was available. Highly recommend

Liam was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He explained things in a language I could understand And his work was very efficient and thorough. Overall we were very pleased with his work. The only negative that I can report Is that their work is priced on the high side, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I contacted Tingley for a problem with a line of outlets. They came in on the next day and got it fixed. The electrician Jason was very professional and friendly. He quickly found out what went wrong and got the problem fixed. In addition, he also explained to me what exactly caused the problem and gave me a lot of tips. I really enjoyed the time when we had Jason in the house. Really appreciated!

Ariana and Anthony were amazing to work with - they talked me through my options, provided details, and got the job done right then and there! Very friendly and thorough - these 2 are great, and I'm very glad we worked with Tingley! Thank you both!

Second time I used Tingley. I was so pleased the first time, and the second was a surprise as it was as good or better than the first time.

Actually, I use a lot of trades at my 285 year old house and Tingley is the best. Their RE-visit, visit, and post-visit and communication system is by far the best. Their technicians and their assistants are friendly and professional. Their skills are evident and their result top notch.

Very highly recommended and at the top of my personal list of trades.

I got a call that Tingley had free time today to come a day early. I got reasonable quotes for my service (video doorbell install and repair of old system, ceiling fan reinstall correctly, and outdoor outlet replacement). David and Juan were timely, open about odd wiring challenges, and did an excellent job with our requests. They quoted us for our next jobs as well, and helped us sign up for the TAP program which saved us a ton of money! We’ve used Tingley for 3 years now, and won’t use anyone else!

Service was friendly and professional. Liam described the diagnosis steps, proposed resolution and costs very clearly . He didn't seem rushed in order to stay within estimated time, especially since it was for a fixed price. He even asked me if there was anything else that I needed looking at, once he had finished the first job. Best thing was the shoe covers he used whenever he entered my house, which is really important since we have wood floors.

Another excellent experience with Tingley Electric. Called about a bad thermostat. They were in the area and here within 30 minutes. Evaluated the thermostat and baseboard unit and replaced the bad thermostat. Also asked if I had any other needs, so I had him give me an estimate for lighting in a potential spring project.

Tingley Electric Services has been a joy to work with in every way. This starts with the fact that a human answers your call right away and offers easy access to having a service call come quickly. The electrician we had, Liam Walker, was superb. He was punctual, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified what our electrical problems were, he easily explained what needed to be done and what our options were and then effectively fixed them. It’s not often you can say that about a business! I highly recommend Tingley and Liam.

Working with Tingley and their team is amazing. Super professional and organized. We get texts messages letting us know when the tech will arrive. The office is great to work with. I won’t use another electrician. Jason Ayik was our electrician today and did an amazing job.

Tingley Electric came and fixed five lights that were out. $1700. They were very professional, competent and courteous. My problems are that they were (a) incredibly expensive and (b) kept trying to sell me more fixes. If I hadn't repeatedly declined their suggestions, I literally (not exaggerating) would have spent close to (or perhaps more than) $10,000 that day. Again, very competent and professional services, but extremely aggressive pricing.

Great guys to work with! We called early afternoon and they were able to come over within the hour to install an outlet for a Tesla charger. Showed up on time, gave several options with their prices, and quickly completed the job. The work is well done and looks great (which wasn’t the case with our older work). Can’t recommend highly enough!

Jason and Noah nailed it. The text/email communication prior to their arrival was excellent to manage our morning as we have a newborn. We walked the scope and they took a thorough evaluation that allowed us to get a clear budget quickly. Jason was very knowledgeable about varying options and clearly explained them to us. Once we decided to move forward, they moved efficiently and cleanly to complete the work.

We’d absolutely recommend them!

He meticulously covered his boots. He reviewed the work order. He walked through and checked all areas on the work order. He reviewed the work order and discussed the work recommendations. He emailed the cost estimates to me before departure.

Thank goodness for Jason! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He arrived on time and was able to complete all the work in the same day, despite having to go pick up a part! In addition to finding the problem in order to fix some of my baseboard heaters, he also completed a safety check. I would highly recommended using this electrician and Tingley Electric!

Liam and his assistant just came to my house for some work for the 3rd time this year, each time they were extremely professional, very informative about the process, and disclosed costs with no surprises. The work they did was very high quality, and have had 0 issues with anything they installed or repaired. They added lights outside, installed a generator switch, nest doorbell, and ran lighting to a shed. Would highly recommend using Tingley Electric, and won't hesitate to again if I need them in the future.

Hands-down, the best experience with an electrician, ever. I have owned houses for 50 years and dealt with many, many electricians. Tingley was the best so far.

Responded immediately when I asked for assistance a few weeks ago. Made an appointment the same day. The appointment was for next week, but they just called me two hours ago and said someone can come right now if I wanted. I wanted.

Doug showed up with a partner and they solved my problems right away. Great service, right on time, fixed the problems, gave useful advice, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Couldn’t be happier. I will call them first next time. I hope they will have a spot for me :-)
