Prompt response and quick scheduling to install new furnace and AC. Guys showed on time, worked hard, very professional and did a great job. Both very nice guys, courteous and cleaned up like they were never here.

Raul was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival. He was professional and did a great job fixing our AC unit. We would highly recommend Raul and Performance.

Great Service & Pricing
I received a quote & their pricing was competitive with 3 other quotes I received for a new furnace. I hired them & I am very happy with the prompt work & courteous service I received. Not sure why the reviewer Boba Fett is leaving a bad review about a quote & did not even have work done from what it looks like. They broke down the unit & labor costs for me. Boba Fett do you question & ask for the itemized breakdown and cost for a steak dinner ordered at a restaurant or groceries you purchase at the grocery store ?

Most contractors are willing to give a breakdown of the costs they are charging. Those that do not should not be trusted. I inquired about a heater install. He gave his quote but refused to breakdown the price (cost of heater, etc) in order to compare quotes from other contractors, and acted surprised I would ask. After some resistance he sent an updated quote, but simply quoted “equipment” and “labor” costs with no other explanation. Two other quotes from two other contractors broke down the quote to include the price of the unit, their upcharge for the unit with their warranty vs buying it yourself, miscellaneous parts such as gas piping, etc, and the labor costs, and were less than he was charging. Not sure what Tom is hiding but this is precisely why people do not trust contractors...and why you ask for an itemized quote.

They seem most interested in selling a new system or repairing in the most costly way.
Had service January 2020, previously had service in 2012. Both times they tell me the system is too old and needs replacement, it was installed about 2000. First time the system was only 12 years old now it is about 20. Both times the flame sensor was an issue, this time the tech cleaned it but did not replace the $12 part. He had to remove and replace the part to clean it, rather than spend 5 minutes cleaning it, he could have ripped open a package (that he had with him) and charged me $24 for the part and I would have been happy. Instead he charges in excess of $100 for a cleaning and I have the old part still in. BUT he gives me a quote to come back and replace the $12 flame sensor in the future for $95. Also gives me a quote to replace the igniter for $185 and the capacitor for $85 since they often fail about the same time, $365 for all three. All three items are at Amazon for about $41 total and take 4 or 5 screws to remove and replace.

We have used Performance Heating & Air for about 12 years at our home and our business. They are always very responsive and go out of their way to take care of us if we need something repaired quickly. Their office and service staff are great!

I was very pleased with our furnace replacement. Pricing was fair. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed and left the utility room spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Andi came out for a maintenance call that unfortunately became a repair. He was very informative, he explained what was the possible
problem, what options I had to fix it, and what else might be causing our issue if that did not solve the problem. He not only explained the issue he also walked me through it. I greatly appreciated him taking the time and effort. I would highly recommend him and the company for and heating or cooling needs.

I called Performance Heating & Air for an emergency service on my homes A/C unit. Everyone there was very professional and friendly. When the tech arrived he was both quick and efficient in getting me back up and running. The bill was very fair and I always recommend them to all my friends and family!

Looking for a humidifier to be installed. They were very very fair on the price and very upfront about the product going in and what the process entails. I found them through a Google search, nice neat professional website. Called them and the phone call sold me! I would highly recommend them for any hvac. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few pointers as well. no need to shop around, the price is right in line, but the quality and professionalism is unsurpassed!! Thanks!!!!

Best HVAC company I’ve had. First time I’ve used them. Coattail on my research. Don’t call the large Co.'s because they’re expensive. Performance had the lowest price of any company on my American standard A/C. Excellent installers: Polite, used tarps, neat and tidy install with the no air leakage, installed extra materials at no extra cost. I’ve used other co.'s and they’re the best. They are my new HVAC company.

First let me qualify - I never write reviews but I had to share this experience because it was unbelievable.

My AC unit completely died last Thursday morning and a service tech (Andy) came out within three hours to diagnose the problem. They were able to get a brand new AC unit ordered and their installers (Christian & Orlando) were onsite installing it at 8am the next morning. The whole team was professional, efficient, and most importantly, they truly cared. They made me feel like I was their most important customer. I will be a customer for life and encourage anyone with HVAC issues to make them your first call. It’s not easy these days to find service providers that are this good & care so much. 10 stars.

We called Performance Heating and Air on a Tuesday morning when our air conditioner was frozen. They provided prompt, professional service. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to the technicians, were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Due to the age of the HVAC it was recommended to have it replaced. We were given excellent service and have been very happy with the work that was done!

I was quite satisfied with scheduling a day and time that worked for me. Thank you for showing at at the promised time. Christian and the other worker went above and beyond to make sure they kept area clean (using drop cloths) I live in a condo so the furnace space is a tight area, they vacuumed and wiped up the floor when they were done. Christian showed me how to replace my filters and gave me detailed instructions on how to use my new thermostat. I am highly satisfied with my new Furnace.

After 20 plus years of using the same HVAC co. I had to find a new one. I asked around and came up with several names and decided to try Performance. I am glad I did. The technician, Josh, who came out was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Performance should be glad to have people like him. What a positive representative of the company. You couldn’t ask for better. I hope I won’t need them often but I sure will give them a call back if I do.

Performance Heating & Air does fantastic work at reasonable prices. Tom's people are efficient, careful, and clean - a rare combination. We needed them to install a new HVAC unit for us in the midst of the heat wave. We shopped around, but were happiest with Tom's expertise and he quoted us a reasonable price. The crew arrived early, worked fast, and left no trace that they had been in the room. The new unit works perfectly. They even had new covers fabricated for our exterior vents, to keep the critters out, at only a small additional fee. I will contact Performance first (and only) with any future heating and cooling concerns.

Performance was incredibly timely, very thorough, and considerate throughout the entire process from quote to install. I purchased an annual maintenance plan from them. My experience has been both but exceptional and I trust them to work on my system for the long term and I will call them back for my future needs.

My experience with Performance heating and air was very good. They were on time, very professional , courteous and protected my carpets leading to basement .
They answered all my questions and concerns and did a thorough job. They did a thorough cleanup as well. They even went beyond the scope of the job to help me with a couple other issues I had .
Their customer service (starting with Heather at the office) will stand out to me !! The value they provided me was excellent and as their name states .....they really put on a good PERFORMANCE!!

We were referred to McNally's by a family member and were fortunate to have one of their most senior-level technicians, Esteban B., service my mother's humidifier in the Edgewater Del Webb community. We learned that Esteban already helps many homeowners here, and now we know why. He's friendly, respectful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly spotted and explained issues left by a previous HVAC installer from another company who had cut corners. Esteban fixed the issues, got the humidifier working perfectly and showed me how to operate the system. We signed up for McNally's maintenance plan and are happy to have them as our new HVAC provider. We wish we had found Esteban sooner!

Explains all things being done. Enough that I can understand! Esteban was so informative with the first call. He showed me the parts he was testing and what levels they should be at and if they needed to be replaced or how much more life they had. When we discussed some venting that had condensation issues I asked if he would be the person to do the work. Sure enough he was able to come back with Tyler helping to get new venting in place. I would highly recommend Esteban!
