Thermostat went out… humidifier wasn’t working…blue light bulb and ballast was not working….Esteban was professional, personal, fast, efficient, friendly, thorough, and excellent at his craft. Nothing is inexpensive anymore, but sometimes you also get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

We’re very happy with the entire McNally’s process for our furnace replacement. Mark handled the initial proposal and was great to work with — knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful throughout. Garett and Luis did an excellent job installing the furnace, and later Chris and Jose came out for the duct vent cleaning. All of them arrived on time, worked efficiently, and communicated clearly. Chris and Jose even showed us before-and-after photos of the ducts. Overall, a smooth and professional experience with a friendly team. Highly recommend McNally’s.

In late 2025 our HVAC system started acting up and we decided it was time to replace our 20 year old unit. We contacted McNallys and everything from the service of our old unit to the consultation for a new system and even the installation was excellent. We worked with Russ Downs who was highly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were given many options with the added benefits of each. Russ and McNallys handed all the rebate process for us and ensured an easy purchasing process. The installation team was great and ensured I knew everything about my system before they left. Highly recommend McNally's for service or installation.

We had a free estimate with Russ for central AC installation and furnace replacement. He was clear, personable, and very knowledgeable. He offered an incredibly reasonable financing plan for such a big job. We were able to get central air installed before summertime which is great!!! The installation techs were courteous and hard working and did a great job. I would recommend McNally’s to anyone in the area who needs any HVAC services. They are skilled, reliable, timely, knowledgeable, and kind!

Russ, thanks for all your help. We weren’t sure what to expect going through Costco, especially given the circumstances of our emergency situation. Luckily, they choose to exclusively work with a 4.9/5 service provider. The new system is amazing, and the humidity is finally up to par. We can breathe again. With the new IComfort Thermostat, checking/changing the temperature settings is somehow a joyous experience. Of course the $2500 Costco shop card is a nice bonus to top it off. We will gladly recommend Costco, Lennox & McNallys to those we work with. Thank you for everything.
