I can’t begin to describe how honest and great this company is. I had another contractor come over to my house because my furnace was not heating. Upon the Contractor arriving he told me that I needed a A new furnace. So I called McNally‘s for a second opinion. “Angel Correa” Was the service tech that was appointed to me. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and expertise. Within 20 minutes he found the issue to be a small switch, causing the furnace not to turn on. He bypassed the system and my furnace turned back on! He was very knowledgeable and explained Everything to me. We did not need a new furnace! Thanks to McNally’s my furnace was up and running in no time. They saved me thousands of dollars. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable and professional contractor I couldn’t Recommend them more!

Will definitely be using them for all my house HVAC needs!

Dario provided a fantastic HVAC checkup today. First guy to ever tell me that the blower wheels are dirty and need cleaning. Also the first company that checked the furnace and didn't have some BS story about how I need to replace my furnace asap. It was great to deal with honesty and competency for a change.

So I reserached the hell out of a new furnace and AC. Craig Palmer guided me thru the various brands and options. He has 30 years in th industry and is so obviously honest and straightforward - a breathe of fresh air in this otherwise mostly sleazy industry. He worked hard to get me the best price, but most importantly I trust him. I bought the system. No regrets. Costco savings a huge plus!!!

I recently had a new boiler and water tank installed by McNally’s Heating and Cooling, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The installation was fast, efficient, and competitively priced — by far the best value I found.

What really stood out was the follow-up. Russ, my account rep, went above and beyond by securing a $350 Nicor rebate for me after the installation — completely unprompted. He handled the process, submitted the paperwork, and kept me updated every step of the way.

Great service, excellent communication, and a team that truly looks out for their customers. Highly recommend McNally’s and ask for Russ!

Very happy with McNally's. Have worked with Angel multiple times and he is the best. Very knowledgeable and kind, friendly and understanding. He is helpful with answering questions and is patient. We keep the annual service contract and recently had an issue with the furnace and was able to talk to him the night before to ask questions and then he came out first thing next morning to fix. We request him for all our visits!

My heat went out on one of the coldest days so far this year, and I was so fortunate McNally was able to send Angel out within the hour to get things fixed. Angel has serviced my AC and furnace multiple times and always gives amazing service and in depth explanations to help me understand how my systems work and how to keep them in great shape year round. My heat is running again thanks to Angel!

McNally’s is an excellent company. Their staff, technicians, and installers are the best. I have been using them for about 8 years. During the coldest day of winter, my furnace stopped working. All this on a weekend. Within a couple hours, a technician was at my house. The furnace could not be repaired or able to stay on. Within about an hour, the comfort advisor was at my house to see what furnace was best and appropriate for my home. The installers were at my home the next morning (Sunday) to install a new system. I can’t say enough about how excellent the service and response was. This was incredible service and response for emergency service.

Experienced professionals! Russ came into our initial consultation prepared with knowledge about our house and were able to give us several options for an improved heating and cooling system. The team installing were able to work with our older home and get the install done within the promised time. Everything is working great and we love the new system!

We purchased a home that had a McNallys installed HVAC system. We have kept them as a regular servicer and have been pleased with their professionalism and work. Just a few days after a regular servicing, our furnace had a mind of its own and showed some error codes. McNallys was able to send a tech in less than 24 hrs. The tech was communicative about the issue and had it fixed quickly. Since they had just been out for a service, there was no charge. This was an unexpected surprise but speaks volumes to their customer service. We will continue to use McNallys and will recommend them to all our area friends.

Tyler was dispatched to our house when we lost heat on the coldest night of the 2025 winter season. He showed up on time, was courteous and got to work promptly. An expert diagnosis later, he was off to get a new system board to replace the failed one under warranty. The whole intervention was done and resolved within a 2-hour window. If I ever have a need, I would be delighted to have him back. My family felt in good hand and we were overjoyed to have heat back on that night.

I was pleased with the friendly service and consideration of all the employees who were in my home. The man who came out to trouble shoot my system put in better than an hour to try to get my furnace running. He purchased a part for it which didn't work. When he realized that was not the problem, he removed the part and did not charge me for it. I needed a new furnace and the charge for the service call was later deducted from my furnace replacement cost. The sales man who came next brought 2 large space heaters. Considering it was in the teens the day before, I was thrilled with the space heaters. The men who came to replace the furnace were careful not to damage my trees as they drove their large van into my driveway. All the service men were pleasant, work was done neatly and pricing was fair. I am pleased with the unit received and the process was fairly painful. McNallys came recommended though a friend who does home remodeling so he has dealt with many contractors. Pleased all around 😀

Dan Torres came out to clean our furnace and he also inspected the ventilation for our water heater as well as our dryer. Dan went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable that everything in our house was working properly. He explained everything clearly and was truly amazing to work with! We will certainly use McNally’s services in the future.

McNally’s Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job with our recent duct cleaning. Our technician, Gio, was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to thoroughly clean every duct, even though our registers are frustratingly narrow and hard to work with. You could tell he took pride in doing the job right, not just fast.

Gio was also incredibly knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process, showed me what he was doing, and shared some really helpful tips for keeping our system cleaner and more efficient between professional cleanings. I felt like I understood my home’s system better by the time he left. I would absolutely recommend McNally’s, and especially Gio, for anyone needing duct cleaning.

I’ve been using this company for years (back when it was still Official Heating and Air) the staff has always been kind, courteous and respectful. Cameron usually is the tech that comes out for our yearly maintenance. He truly enjoys his job and is extremely knowledgeable. We were due for duct cleaning and arranged it through the office. Soraya and Octavio were our techs for the cleaning. They were a great team and very efficient. I have a small home but they were finished in about 2.5 hrs. They arrived promptly, did a great job and left no mess. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Our furnace stopped working the night before it was going to be below zero. We tried calling multiple places with no luck. McNallys was the only one that was able to help us out and went above and beyond to send a technician out to us. The technician Corey was amazing he luckily had the exact part we needed to repair the furnace and he did it promptly and was very professional. Life savers we highly recommend them and we will be using them again for our regular maintenance.

We were planning on replacing the furnace in the spring, but the 26-year-old unit said NO right before the cold spell this January. Comfort advisor Hector was a pleasure to work with. He was able to stop by same day and walk us through the process of a new furnace purchase and answer all technical questions. Spec'd in a Lennox furnace with new humidifier and updated the existing filter box to my desired size. He was able to get a team of techs out quickly. Installers were nice, professional, and did high quality work in a timely manner. We thought pricing was fair and honest. All around great experience. Above average 10-year parts & labor warranty. Use Costco for a 10% discount.

We have been working with McNally's for service for a few years. When it finally came time to replace our furnace and A/C, I am so glad we were able to work with Hector. Hector was very flexible when scheduling an appointment, we ended up meeting on New Year's Eve. He is very knowledgeable of the products and pricing offered. He gave us several different options and there was no pressure from him. We met with Hector on Wednesday and they were able to install our new furnace & A/C on Friday! The crew that came out to install was great! They did a great job making sure we were comfortable using our new products and answered any and all questions we had. They also kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up any mess that there was from installation. The team was also able to help us address a room that was always extremely hot. Thank you McNally's!!

Superb job! Craig was easy to work with on the paperwork, figuring out finances, and finding the right system to replace the aged one that came with my house. The pricing was reasonable. Tyler and Lucci came out and started work right away. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Got the job done right and tested for leaks. Excellent work.
