Octavio did most of the cleaning the first day and assisted by Chris and Jose the next day. They were very clean and thorough and did a great job on the whole house! I would highly recommended them for your vent cleaning needs.

Hired McNally’s to install a mini split to an extension of our house. They had very competitive pricing and gave insights on savings with taxes and whatnot (other companies did not mention this stuff to us when quoting). Lou was able to quote everything over the phone and stopped out to make sure everything was good before sending an installation team out. Jeff and Manny did the installation (pretty quick, 3 hrs, was expecting it to take longer). They were extremely easy to work with and were good in covering up and cleaning up when they were done. Would 100% hire this team again for any future work.

I've enjoyed working with McNally's for a few years now, mainly because of their responsiveness, fair pricing, and their team. Angel came to the house to do routine maintenance on our older finicky furnace, and he's always a pleasure to work with. From a home owner's perspective, I greatly appreciate his expertise, his transparency, and his demeanor. I know that when I work with him, I'm getting the honest truth about the state of my HVAC system, whereas other technicians (from other companies that I've worked with) may rely on fear tactics to upsell you something you don't need... I don't feel that way when working with Angel - he's always a calming presence that quickly and methodically addresses the issue. Additionally, awhile back when we were looking for a new air conditioning unit, I worked with Mark Estrada, and similar to Angel, I had a great experience with his (Mark's) direct, non-Sales-y approach - he's the kind of Sales person I prefer to work with. I highly recommend McNally's and these 2 gentleman.

You never need an AC repair until you NEED an AC repair, so we were incredibly impressed by the response time provided by McNally's! Our air stopped working Monday night, we called Tuesday first thing, and Esteban was at our house before 11am. That was an amazing response time, as I figured it would be a couple days before someone had an open schedule. Esteban was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain to me (someone who can barely turn on the thermostat lol) everything he was doing and why. He never made me feel stupid or like he was condescending, he just seemed to truly want me to understand what he was doing. He was able to quickly resolve what was a rather frustrating situation for us, and I'm so glad it was an easy fix for him. We should have been having regular, yearly maintenance, and now we will! We definitely look forward to working with him on the future maintenance checks!

McNally's HVAC was an outstanding company to work with when it came to replacing my AC system! My daughter and her husband used them so I got to preview their quality of work and didn't bother to call anyone else. Russ was my sales person and knew exactly what I wanted. He is professional, not pushy, listens to the customer, and experienced as a former installer. His knowledge is top notch and that actually saved me money.

The installers Garrett and Mark were very professional and worked on my home like it was their own. They covered and protected my floors and carpets when working inside, and when they were done you couldn't tell they were there.

I recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC system. I will use them again.

Can't say enough about this company. When we were told by another company we needed a new heat exchanger asap, we felt a 2nd opinion was needed. Called McNally's, they came out immediately and assured us that we did not need a new heat exchanger. Did a thorough testing of everything. They are local, family owned and an excellent company. Craig and James are excellent!

Esteban helped diagnose and walk us through the root causes of our "heating failure". He was able to demonstrate how the thermostat was the root problem, and offered various options of replacement thermostats. We appreciate his effort to get our home back up and running, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you McNally's for the great customer service! Esteban did amazing! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We had a different company come out twice before and they failed to fix it but McNallys Esteban was able to make it happen!

mcNally’s is a fair and honest company. When a part failed that they installed a few months prior, they came back out and fixed the issue without charging me another service call, and even credited me for the last charge.
Angel, the technician who came out was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He did the job efficiently, answered all my questions and cleaned everything up perfectly. Five stars for McNally‘s!

If you want a professional service done, McNally’s Heating and Cooling is the company to go with! My 22 yr old furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the winter…I called McNally’s and had a new furnace installed the following morning. The service was exceptional start to finish!

McNally’s purchased the HVAC company we have historically used for maintenance. The technician stayed with McNally’s which was great for him and nice for me. Our furnace was 18 years old and we had been told to expect issues at some point due to its age. Well, that happened in December and the attempt at repair wasn't successful, leaving us with no heat and an urgent need for a new system. Friday night the tech told us it needed to be replaced, Saturday at lunchtime Russ squeezed us in to explain the options and get the system ordered, and Monday morning they spent the day installing. We are very pleased with the exemplary service and are so happy to have a new system we don’t need to worry about for many years!!

I was having an issue with my furnace this morning, so I called McNally’s. Esteban came to my house quickly, and he immediately found the problem. He went above and beyond in not only repairing the issue, but making sure the rest of my furnace looks good as I prepare to put my house on the market this spring. For any future HVAC needs, I will definitely call McNally’s, and I would welcome Esteban into my house without hesitation.

Kyle came out to inspect our furnaces this week. Very professional, courteous, honest, and knows his stuff!! ;) Great job explaining what he did and what repairs we needed. We upgraded to package for our AC and we will be requesting Kyle as our technician.

I’ve been using McNally’s during the past 5 years. I have a maintenance agreement with them which entails 2 seasonal visits annually. Each technician that has visited me provides great customer service and it’s clear that they are highly trained. They talk with me before they make any repairs and they use terms that I understand. I have purposefully requested Esteban because he is fully committed to providing outstanding service.

Absolutely recommend! The team answering the 24/7 line was so helpful - ours was not an emergency so I said I would call back during business hours, but their team called me back before they even opened. Again, not an emergency and in the middle of winter with negative temps, they still serviced us same day. Angel came that afternoon and he was so incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the issue & our options + pricing for each. I really felt like we were dealing with someone who cared and was not just trying to sell us something or take advantage. We will be repeat customers.
