We cannot praise or recommend Jose Baez, Lead Excavation Tech, Employee # 3072, enough for his expertise, skill and dedication in repairing a complicated sewer line issue after a failed repair, for which Roto Rooter stepped up to the plate admirably to correct. Jose was exceptional in thinking outside the box for the fix and for his professionalism. Roto Rooter has a very valuable employee in him. Thanks to the whole team in making it right.

Jose and his team did a phenomenal job! Mr. Baez was very knowledgeable and well experienced he educated me on the entire process and answered all my questions! With that being said I will be a Roto Rooter customer for life! 💯

Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Michael worked late to make sure we were taken care of. We are thankful and will be calling again if *when* these old pipes act up.

Mr. Alex/#2831 was my service tech and he did a really good job.
He was very professional he showed me pictures of the problem I was having and he repaired the probkem and also gave me some recommendations on how to keep my plumbing pipes in good standard. I had 3 issues with my plumbing today Dec. 3, 2025.

My guest toilet in the entrance hallway was "running" and would not stop. I had invited a crowd over to watch the Ala - LSU game and this is the only toilet on this floor . It would get flushed a hundred times today . But at 8 am I called Roto Rooter and Doug, their ace toilet repair guy, was here by 8:30. He replaced all the worn internal toilet parts and the flush handle. A minor dent on my Visa card and he was on his way home. Roll Tide !

Kiah did an amazing job servicing and replacing vital parts on our gas water heater. He made sure to explain the process before getting started and keeping us informed throughout the process. I would recommend Kiah and Roto-Rooter (because of his service) to family and friends. Great Job!

Our tech Alex did a great job and was very customer service oriented. He let us know what was going on and his suggestions moving forward. Couldn’t ask for better service from a tech. However, by no fault of his the service was very over priced but we were in a pinch on a weekend and had to have the toilet repaired.

The technician Alex came and checked my water heater and explained to me what the problem was step by step, he answered all of my questions and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He was very respectful. I'm very satisfied with the work he did. So yes I will recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup.

Alex helped me clear a line and fix my drain that had been bothering me for weeks! He was courteous and explained everything to me so that I could fully understand what was going on and what he was doing to treat the problem. Alex was awesome - timely, professional, and kind. He fixed my problem quickly but made suggestions for long-term repair as well. I was totally comfortable with him and he was kind to my young daughter. Would absolutely recommend him!!

In addition, the follow-up (permanent repair) to the incident has been thorough. Each person sent to our home has been knowledgeable and personable. They have each been highly professional and prompt, with excellent communication. They will be our go-to for plumbing issues from now on!

After having two plumbers to come out 6 times to no avail. Roto Rooter came out once for a consultation, once to repair and a 3rd time to fix the shattered pipe that another company did in the street. I’ll recommend them to anyone. They ran their camera in our line and found the problem immediately. Jose and his helper did an awesome job. The supervisor Kevin was very professional and informative. There were two other guys and they were helpful also. Their team work made our dream work!!! Thanks for all of your professional, hard work. The pictures don’t do any justice to the hard work they preformed.

Roto-Rooter was fantastic in our time of need. They came out day-of to assess our plumbing emergency, offered immediate recommendations on how to address the issue and put us on their schedule quickly to get our water back up and running. Everyone we worked with was professional and we haven't had any issues since the repair. Would absolutely recommend this team if you need emergency plumbing work.

Contacted Roto-Rooter today and requested same day service due plumbing was backing up. Representative assured me someone would come out today and at my convenience. The technician that showed up was Mr. Alex, he arrived precisely on time and after I explained the trouble he immediately explained the possible problems and prior to beginning the work he advised the exact cost. Mr. Alex went straight to work and within several minutes the job was completed. Due to his professionalism I will definitely be calling on Roto-Rooter again whenever the need arises and I will request for Mr. Alex. Five Stars and above to you Mr. Alex!!

Unpleasant experience with this company. Their tech busted a drain pipe inside the wall; it started leaking inside the wall and it took us few weeks to notice when our kitchen hardwood floor started buckling. His manager offered no help and didn’t want to be responsible for any of it. Had to hire contractors to fix my plumbing, cabinets, wall and floor.
Not to mention the inconvenience since our kitchen was out of commission for few days

Todd the field supervisor was able to come out and assess my problem and had someone come and fix my leak the same day. Phil came to repair a leak in my concrete slab. Technician Phil was outstanding! He was very quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend! The time that this was able to be done exceeded my expectation.

Replaced expansion tank and added support that was missing. Liked parts used where purchased local. Completed in a timely fashion

Quick and curteous service. Found that my water tank was leaking and had a new one in place in just a few hours. The serviceman, Jon was very polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after his work was done.
