Devan came to do our yearly A/C inspection. He was personable and thorough. He made sure we knew how to keep up our side of the maintenance and made sure everything on his end was up to date. He offered us other options to keep our house running smoothly as well as checked our membership for any other free services we could benefit from.

This plumbing service operates under multiple names, but the poor experience remains the same—avoid them at all costs. Their tech showed up pushing relentless, bullying upsell tactics that crossed into harassment territory. When I said no and told them to get out of my house, they stalled and ignored me, heightening the tension until I had to push harder to remove them. This kind of disregard for boundaries is dangerous and unethical; I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone serious about their safety or sanity.

Devan did an exceptional job explaining in detail the concerns that our heater has. He was very kind and informative concerning the issues with the heater. Devan has serviced our home before and just like all the other times, he is very professional and polite. I highly recommend him for any service one might need in the future.

Rene came out to the house to inspect the repipe and the water heater that action installed. He inspected everything, explained to me what could make the system run better for a longer amount of time and I really do appreciate him taking his time to do that. I definitely would call Rene to have him inspect the repiping and water heater again. He's very knowledgeable, and very trustworthy.

We had the misfortune of getting a complete system (furnace, ac, water heater and softener) done with Action plumbing. Shortly after they were acquired by Connectionz plumbing. The difference was immediately noticeable. The service was horrible. The people they sent out to do a check were manipulative and demanding. They insisted we should upgrade saying “don’t you love your family” and when we finally said no they insisted on us giving them a good review. Even taking my phone at one point trying to get to the form to fill out. Then they never scheduled our maintenance services and would not refund us for the year of service we did not receive. Action was great. This new place is not.

Devan came out for a service inspection on my hvac unit that had been installed the year prior. Devon gave excellent recommendations to help with airflow through the house as well as filter options to maximize the life of our hvac system. In addition he got us scheduled for some additional services with our service plan offered by 24 Hour. Overall his service was excellent!

Austin, Kristian and Tom were very professional. Our job actually started the night before with a tenant experienced some back up issues in tbeir kitchen sink. I am most grateful that we could get scheduled the very next day to clean out the pipe. A little pricey is my only concern.
Alas, their service didn’t work. Had to call another rooter company and it was fixed! Don’t fall for the high powered jet- very expensive and didn’t work

Interesting that all my emails and texts said the company was Action Heating and Air. Devan had me do the review so he could " earn a free lunch" from the company. Now I don't trust anything he told me.

Terrific workmanship and courteous professionalism. Rene did a great job and was very pleasant to be around. We only interacted for a short time. I could tell right away, though, that he has strong integrity. I would have him back for future jobs without a second thought.

Tried to use a free camera inspection coupon. They said I used a coupon 6 years ago & that it could not be used again, but that was only After they technician was in my basement with a camera. Tech would not leave my house when I asked - basically refusing to leave and saying "I have camera right here, don't you want me to do the inspection?" But he would only do it if I agreed to pay $250 and then have that amount go toward a repair. Refusing to leave someone's house is trespassing, and yes it's super unethical to do a "hard sell" using such a method. If they thought I "already used a coupon" which I didn't actually remember doing (6 years ago, mind you), they should have told me that over the phone, up front. And when their tech is in a home, he refuses to stop & immediately leave, when asked, that is a big problem, plus illegal too.

Our furnace went out and the house was no longer warming up. Thanks to Devan for fixing it! He was super friendly and thorough with explaining what was wrong with the furnace and how to fix it.
