I made an appointment and confirmed it through email and they called 2 days later to say that the time is no longer available. Absolutely unacceptable!!! They need to keep their word. I will detour anyone from buying any appliances from now on out! Lost my business and I’m sure many others

WASTE OF TIME. Poor customer service. I called this company and spoke to someone twice to get an appointment with my elderly father, clearly requesting to physically look at a walk-in tub. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment and didn’t even have the type of tub in the showroom. A word of advice, listen to potential customers who are making arrangements to visit your business.

Went in today to look for a bathroom faucet and medicine cabinet. I was pretty much ignored and when I asked for some help I was told everyone was busy (even tho I saw many who WEREN'T)! Looked around by myself and couldn't believe the extremely high prices on most everything overall. Will never return and recommend staying away! Customer service definitely isn't a priority here ....

So I went in and did 2 appointments with Michelle and since then she has been the absolute worst to work with. I met with her for a plumbing and lighting bid. The plumbing bid took a month for me to get back. She still has not given me my lighting bid and it's been over a month. She does not answer any emails, any phone calls from me or my contractor. I have also left messages for the floor manager Woody to change consultants and of course he never returned my call.

Horrible customer service. We went in looking for new shower fixtures. We were told someone would be with us as soon as they were available. There were at least three people in there just sitting around staring at their phones. After maybe 10 minutes a sales person finally showed up. We were interested in two possible options and they said they'd go get some quotes. That was the last we saw of them. After 15 minutes of waiting around we walked out and went up the street to a competitor. The helpful sales person at the competitor told us they get a lot of, "Ferguson cast-offs," that come in. You need to know that neglecting us cost you a $1500 sale. It's unlikely we'll ever be back.

We had our bi-annual inspection on our HVAC system. Our tech, Devan, was very kind and professional. He explained things very clearly and outlined the scope of work that needed to be done along with the proposed charges. He showed me pictures of my system parts and pictures of what it should look like. I had no reason to distrust or disagree with the assessment. We’ve had excellent services and maintenance with this company for several years. The price was very high because of the scope of work. However, because of this I wanted to discuss it further and seek a second opinion. I just felt it was my responsibility as a homeowner to get a second opinion and weigh my options when faced with a job in the thousands of dollars range. I can’t make that decision lightly. Devan called his manager and we were able to agree on an immediate plan and a follow up plan of action after much discussion. I know our tech and the manager really wanted to work toward a solution to keep our business. I think what could have put this at a solid five stars is if as a homeowner I were presented with options in a more strategic way. For example: Tell me 1) what is urgent to repair TODAY along with the cost, 2) what would be a good idea to replace soon (COULD be done now or give me a reasonable time frame the issue would HAVE to be addressed) along with the cost, and finally 3) any recommended products or services that are not imperative at all, but would be a great update or addition to our current system along with the cost. By presenting it more clearly this way, I would then feel empowered to choose what works for me and my budget, personal situation, and preference—like a tier 1, 2, or 3 level scope of work. Maybe I want all the work done, but I can’t swallow that cost right now because I just dropped $2500 at the vet ER for a sick dog and $1500 on car repairs in the last two weeks, and it’s been a hell of a month at work. When I get a quote for thousands that includes what has to be done along with several potential add-ons all rolled into one like it ALL needs to be done TODAY, I kind of feel backed into a corner to make a decision on the spot. That’s what makes me want to get a second opinion, price things out, and do a little research because this is what responsible and informed homeowners do. I appreciate the time Devan and his manager spent listening to my thoughts and concerns. I’d just like to leave this suggestion when presenting options to homeowners as a way to potentially help us feel more in control and comfortable when moving forward with services that are a little heavier in their scope and cost than a regular tune up. You never know what your homeowners have going on in their life and they may just need to feel more in control of where their money is going and why. Thanks for making an effort to really hear your customers out.

Needing a Sewer-Rooter Service ASAP, we put a message on our Nextdoor neighborhood group. We received a few recommendations and contacted Rooter Connectionz who was recommended by one of our neighbors who is a realtor. I called Rooter Connectionz and John and Austin arrived and scoped our sewer line. Even though the price they quoted for relining our sewer pipes, was way more than we expected, they had a large enough crew to start the next day. It was better than having a Honey Bucket delivered and using it for the next three weeks which was the estimate time from another company. The relining process was very interesting.

The people that actually did the work for Rooter Connectionz were very efficient and we were impressed with their capabilities. John and Austin returned multiple times to check on the progress and kept us informed on how things were progressing. They made sure that we had use of our bathroom and kitchen facilities at night so we were pleased with that and appreciated their concern.

The Downhill Windstorm put them back a day or two but no major disruption. John and Austin recommended that we have our water line done while they were here. We considered it for a short time and then decided not to do it this year. We would consider having them do the job if and when we have the water line done.

We found the electronic iPad signing difficult in that it is hard to know what you are signing. Be sure to ask for a printout before signing so you are well aware of what it says and what your charges are. Rooter Connectionz completed the job and put our landscaping back in a reasonable condition. We are pleased that our relined sewer line passed inspection and seems to be working well.

We would say, that other than the price being higher than expected, we would recommend Rooter Connectionz.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Action Pluming and wanted to share how impressed I was with their team. Joel and Devan handled the HVAC side of things, while Rene took care of the plumbing, and all three were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish.

I originally scheduled a non-emergency appointment to find out why my AC fuse kept blowing. Even though it wasn’t urgent, they were able to come out the same day. In addition to repairing the AC, they performed a thorough cleaning, checked for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, and flushed and inspected the water heater. Everything was completed in a single visit.

They clearly explained the issues, answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and even educated me on changes to code regulations since my original install 9 years ago. I appreciated that they gave me options without any pressure to commit on the spot.

One detail that stood out was how respectfully they treated my home and my dogs (who were totally at ease around them). They even called in an expert to double-check something, and gave helpful guidance on future maintenance.

Booking online was easy, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, top-quality HVAC or plumbing work done right.
