Staying locally in a friend's. House. When we noticed that there was a leak comming into the basement. Not knowing who or where to call we called Superior Plumbing with in the hour they were there fixed the leak on the spot and were they were fairly priced.

Called for drain rodding, Kim scheduled quickly, plumber was on time and very clean, billed correctly. Plumber spent a few minutes with me explaining options for upgrading fixtures with my master bath. Will us them again!

Armondo came highly recommended so I sent his number to my father in law when he needed some help (which he rarely seeks!). He said Armondo was excellent and a very nice guy. I will not pass contacts on to my f-i-l unless they’re very solid; Armondo came through! Will definitely call these guys again when we need plumbing assistance.

I have used this company in the past, a few times, and was happy with them. This past time, I did not receive a quote before the work was started and never received an itemized bill. The plumber wrote 5.0 hrs in on the bottom of the paper. He was only here 3.5 hrs....an hour of which he was out shopping. I figured a plumber would have parts, especially when I told them ahead of time the work I wanted done and sent pics. They charged me an hour labor for him to go shopping. I asked for an itemized bill from billing and received the worst customer service. I was shocked because I used this company before....I've recommend them. Never again.

Armando came out to replace a leaking hot water heater, part of a 2 water heater system. He was professional, used all PPE, was careful with moving the old water heater out, and the new one in. This is the second time we have had Armando do work for us. Highly recommend!

I was having family over for the upcoming holiday and my kichen sink began to backup. I thought it was the garbage disposal, but called Old World Plumbing, now part of Valley Fire in Batavia. They came out immediately, told me that the Garbage Disposal was fine and they only need to rod the kitchen sink. This saved a lot of money since the Plumber told me the problem was not replacing the garbage disposal. He fixed it quickly was very polite and knowledge. I would recommend using this plumbing service.

We had a very serious problem with corroded pipes leading from the house and through an underground pipe leading to our septic tank. Flotek was recommended to us and I am so happy we went with this recommendation! Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all the issues that may be involved in this repair so that there would be no unexpected surprises. He and his assistant, (and I am sorry I don't know his name), tackled this project, and repaired the pipe in about 3 hours. They did a GREAT job, with no unexpected issues or additional cost, keeping with the original quote, which was very reasonable for this large project. When they left, there was no evidence of dust, debris or anything else that indicated they were ever in our home! We are MORE than happy and will absolutely use this company again, should the need ever arise. I have already recommended this company and Gabriel to my neighbors and friends. These guys did a terrific job! Very pleased!!

I recently called and had Flotek respond to a burst water line at my mother in law’s. I met Gabe and his partner on a Saturday morning. Being that I am a retired plumber, I was a bit apprehensive about them.But after discussing how they would approach the situation and after watching them for a few minutes. I give them 10 stars! You get what you pay for.
