I discovered my water heater was leaking on a Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon I had a new one! The plumbers that came to replace it were very nice and their work is excellent. Flotek is my go-to plumber now. Highly recommend!

Gabriel was very knowledgeable about the insta hot/RO leak issue I had. He came to look at it throughly and was able to fix it 2 days later once the part came in.

We reached out to Flotek late on a Friday afternoon ( after hours, honestly). They returned the call that evening and scheduled the job for today. Additionally, they gave us a price quote up front.

Gabriel alerted us to his approximate arrival 20 minutes in advance, was on time, and could not have been more personable and professional. This is a local small business and a gem of a find for us! His knowledge, expertise, and kind demeanor sets him apart from other companies we have used for a variety of services. It’s just rare to find an honest, experienced company these days who is here when they say they will be and completes a job where you feel confident and in good hands.

I was having issues with my sewer line backing up, so I called Flotek, and they came out the same day to fix it. We had some root problems, and they hydro jetted the line, showing me at the end how all the roots were totally cleared out. I’d definitely recommend this company!

Flo-Tek has become our go-to plumbing solution provider over several years. Most recent was the basement floor drain backing up — on a Saturday late afternoon with company arriving on Sunday morning! Of course I’d prefer NOT to make a call for help on a weekend, but waiting until Monday meant no use of the kitchen sink, the dishwasher, and one of the second floor bathrooms (sink and shower).
Yes, we paid the after hours surcharge and the hourly for rodding out the drain.

The job was well done. Oscar was a really great guy. Worksite was left very clean. I didn't get an second quote so, just my opinion, the labor charged was very high (cost per hour). This considers the time spent from arrival to departure, which included the estimating time, which is actually paid by the trip charge. I won't be using them again without a competitive quote.

Had the control unit on my hot water heater fail this morning. Called Flotek and they were able to have a Tech at my house this afternoon to replace the faulty part. It wasn’t inexpensive, but nothing is.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Gabriel came to the rescue. We had a leak with the main water source that entered into our house. He worked with the village to get our water turned off and installed a brand new (and stronger ) pipe in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be more thankful to get everything back up and running. My elderly mother had an emergency today and was without water to her home. We called Flotek and a few other plumbers to see who we could reach first due to being after hours. Our technician Gabriel, called us back within 10 minutes of calling Flotek. He finished his current job and was at my mother’s home in less than an hour after we called. He was there before any other company even called us back. Even the company I work with in a professional setting all the time. I can’t say enough about the technician Gabriel. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and kindness are skills you don’t find too often in this day and age. I would highly recommend FloTek, and if anyone at Flotek is reading this, you better treat Gabriel right. You’ve got a special employee there. Whomever hired him knows what they’re doing. I’d hire him in a heartbeat, but he’s also very loyal and seems to really love his job. That makes all the difference in the world when it comes to customer service, which a lot of companies lack these days. We personally will be calling Flotek for any of our plumbing needs from now on. I’m also a local emergency services contractor and will only be using Flotek for any jobs we need help with in the future.

My experience with Flotek was superior. Called late evening, they were able and willing to come out within the hour, I declined, set the service for the next morning at 8:00.

Flotek is, by far, the greatest plumbing company around. I’ve used Flotek for many years across many properties and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. Gabe is reliable, communicative, trustworthy and most importantly excellent at his job! Do yourself a favor, call the best and forget the rest! I’ve done the leg work. Gabe and his crew are the greatest!

I was very impressed. Gabriel gave me a reasonable quote for a new kitchen faucet and new piping under my kitchen sink. He was just amazing, and got the job done within a reasonable time. Great job! We will be calling him again for any future needs.

Amazing experience! We had an issue with our ejector pump and Flotek Plumbing fully replaced it with their professional services. Spoke to Gabe over the phone and he listened to our issue/concern. Mentioned to him that I won't be available the next day at a specific time and he made sure to work around it to make it work for my wife and I. Credit to Oscar for fully replacing the ejector pump and even making my utility room/cords/PVC pipe aesthetically pleasing! 5 stars for professional, promptness, listened, and provided thorough explanation with the reasoning of their replacement and recommendations!

Gabriel was very kind and was very skillful and precise with his job. He replaced 3 faucets between two bathrooms, one of which was heavily leaking. The whole job was a little expensive, but I guess it was also due to the emergency repair. If I had booked the work at a better day of the week and better time, I would have probably paid less. Overall, I think I will call Flotek plumbing again, if the need arises.

Henry was very professional and let us know step by step what was gong on and completed the job swiftly. We love Flotek.

I called at 11am and had my new water heater up and running by 2pm. Henri, the service tech was very friendly and left no mess. Very speedy service. I was completely satisfied. Although the work was extraordinary, I didn’t think a new water heater would be so pricey! 5 star service!!!
