Flotek did an amazing job with my install of a carbon filter and water softener system for my home. The entire process was easy from receiving a quote by email, approving and scheduling. Their communication was top notch and I have to say their work deserves more than 5 stars. The space looks better now than it did before and you can tell they take the time to do it right. Gabe is incredibly knowledgeable and is a master of his craft. Don’t hesitate to give them a ring for any plumbing needs. I know they’ll be my first call the next time I need anything plumbing-related.

My basement flooded, and we were unable to identified the source.They identified the issue immediately. They were very professional and explained cost, services, and time before proceeding. The job was finished in a timely manner.

My home in Glen Ellyn has well water and it had an orange tint and odor. I did a lot of research and Flotek kept rising up to the top of my list. I scheduled them to come out and review my water situation and provide their recommendations. Gabriel was the technician that arrived and did an awesome job reviewing my situation and explaining everything to us. He provided us with an estimate and we had them perform the work. They installed a new water purification/treatment system, new water heater and even some new water lines. Within an hour of them installing and bringing the system online, we had PURE CLEAN WATER and no odor!!!!! I cannot express how much I appreciate Gabriel and his team. They were very professional, did a great job with installation/cleanup and explaining things every step of the way. I would highly recommend Flotek for any of your home plumbing needs. The guys at flotek were very helpful from initial call to handshake at the end. Came with knowledge of new to me home an systems history, explained everything I had questions one an gave a very over due hot water heater flush all part of the initial visit!

We were greeted with 2 polite gentlemen who listened to what our concern was then offered suggestions on what it could be. They then checked out what we felt was the concern, confirmed their findings and then suggested a solution. They were spot on as the issue is no longer a concern.

Yes, an expensive repair but the pricing was fair and the tech was HIGHLY professional and thorough. Plus, per our request, Flotek arrived within less than an hour after we called.

We hired Flotek Plumbing to replace a hot water heater, install a garbage disposal, run a new water line for our refrigerator, and install a new primary sump pump along with a battery backup. Flotek was very professional and responsive from the initial meeting for the estimate through the completion of the project. They were prompt and came prepared. They completed all the work in one day. Once the installations were complete, Gabriel spent some time going over everything with me. I have to say, the quality of their sump pumps is fantastic, they are very quiet. All in all I highly recommend Flotek for any plumbing needs you may have.

I just had a water softener replaced, and about a year ago I had a water heater replaced in the winter around the holidays. High quality work, easy to get scheduled, great products, and reasonable prices. Flotek has become my go-to company for plumbing work.

A backup in the sewage pipes at my place of business left my customers without a bathroom. I called Flotek at 9:00 a.m., the problem was cleared up by noon the same day! They were happy to speak with my septic guy to gather all info beforehand and find the best solution to my problem. Prices were given ahead of time. Very nice guys, will use again- but hopefully not too soon ;)

This review is long overdue. We have used Flotek for a couple years now and in a couple houses. They are always very responsive. Of course things always seem to happen over the weekend. No problem with Flotek. They always respond and will even let you know if it is urgent or can wait. They have replaced an ejector pump, removed an old battery back up and replaced our toilet fill valve and flapper. They seem reasonably priced but I am a believer in sometimes you get what you pay for! Professional and friendly service every time! Thanks Henry and Gabriel!
