Our plumbers name was for Virginio and he was fantastic. He was thorough and analytic in diagnosing our kitchen sink clogged back up. In using his equipment to auger out the drain he was careful to keep everything clean and neat. I was impressed! An effective and efficient plumber, and a great communicator.

Titan plumbing was recommended to me by the company I work for. When I called, the dispatcher was cheerful and helpful in answering my questions and scheduling a time for repairs. I needed a toilet repaired and a kitchen faucet replaced.
After John arrived, I asked if he could repair two other toilets that would soon need repair, as one could tell by their behavior.
John repaired all three toilets and worked hard at replacing the kitchen faucet, as it had been in place for 26 years.
John was knowledgeable, personable, worked quickly and very neatly. Everything was cleaned up carefully, and he made sure everything worked properly. He also asked if I had any questions.
Plumbers are not inexpensive, but it is important to get good quality and service for your money. I feel that you get that from Titan. I would certainly recommend Titan to anyone looking for a good quality plumber.

Titan was able to send a technician out within 24 hours. The technician did a great job explaining our options (even the less expensive ones), finished the job in a timely manner, and was very polite.

Titan Plumbing installed a new hot water heater on 12/23/2019. The plumber, Steve, was absolutely excellent! He was prompt, kept me posted by phone throughout the process, was very professional and helpful, and an all around very nice and genuine person. We needed a new water heater. Contacted Titan to come give us an estimate and they were able to install the new one the same day which was great! The guy was very professional. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again!

Titan Plumbing's staff is extremely friendly. They went well above and beyond to get me an appointment quickly. The plumber was professional and gave full transparency on pricing before he performed the service. He was able to resolve the issue timely. Great experience.

Called Titan Plumbing about an issue that wasn't resolved. I own a rental unit and Titan replaced my water heater in December of 2017. Under warranty, I had to call them back because the tenants reported a gas smell. Titan came back that evening and admitted that they did not install a component properly. Then, in December of 2018, I had a rental inspection, which failed because there was a gap in the elbow joint of the water heater flue. Still under warranty, Titan came out and told me that this was not their issue. The young man gave me an estimate of $435 to fix this!!! I could not believe it. He told me that it would be difficult to get behind the furnace, and that he would have to disassemble parts of the water heater, furnace and flue pipe. I declined the repair, and told him I would get someone else to repair the issue. Titan still charged me the $29 for the call out. Later, I called out A&G Mechanical Heating and Cooling. They came out within 1 hour and it took the technician only 35 minutes to fix the problem. He did not have to disassemble all the items Titan said they had to. He only cut a few pipe pieces and replaced the corner flue pipe and a longer pipe that attached to the water heater. The final charge to me was only $250, which was around half of what Titan was going to charge me. He explained to me that this was supposed to be the job of the company who installed my water heater, which was Titan. I called Titan to get a refund for my $29 call out charge, and they told me they would contact me the next day. They never called me back. I would not recommend Titan Plumbing to any of my friends, nor will I do business with them again!

We have used Titan for the last ten years. They have done everything from dishwasher installation, complete sewer line repair, water heater repair and frozen water pipe repair. They are very responsive when it comes to an emergency. Each technician we have met has been polite, tidy and willing to walk us through what's going on. We definitely recommend Titan plumbing.

Jon did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator leak, installing my new sump pump, new basement faucets and inspecting all of my plumbing for any potential problems. He also took the time to show me where all of the emergency shut offs were. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Titan.

We had blockage in our drain in the basement. We were able to get an immediate appointment and John arrived in the time parameters promised. He provided two options and did not try to up-sell the more expensive one. Once there we were able to identify three other items that needed attention. Once again, he offered options and transparent pricing and let me decide which I wanted to pursue. I ended up deciding to have all the work done, and he diligently worked to complete it in the time he was at my house. He did not say he would have to come back or schedule another call to complete the work. He took his time, was meticulous and very intent- it was clear he wanted the job done correctly. I observed components of his work and he was careful, competent and made sure things were resolved without any rush. On top of that, John was nice, informative and courteous in everything he did. I have a high degree of confidence in the quality of the work performed and he was clear which items had a warranty and what the duration was. I was highly satisfied with the entirety of the work and would recommend Titan to others. This is the second time we have utilized their services and we have been satisfied both times. The guys came out to take a look at the project we wanted a proposal for and provided options and pricing on rhe spot. Then before they left, they asked if there was anything else we needed help with, and i had them fix two toilets. They had all the supplies in their truck and were able to take care of that immediately. They were very helpful and professional, and we will definitely use them again.

First off I have utilized Titan Plumbing several times throughout the years. The Team that arrived were professional, efficient, requiring minimal oversight. They installed and removed my old Water Heater and left the work sight in good order. I would definitely use them in the future!

Titan's service, staff, and workmanship were great. The only negative was the cost. It cost over TWICE as much for a new water heater than expected. Yes, I researched market cost. They had great reviews, so in that regard, did not disappoint. But, when your water heater gets a leak, and you want to minimize damage, they came out same day!

Had a new washer installed because my old one was too corroded to remove myself. Titan came same day, removed the old one, cleaned the area (not a pleasant task at all, smelled too), installed my new washer, and hooked up my dryer with the steam attachment (as a bonus throw in). John and his apprentice were just awesome. Got what we needed for a fair price, and were done in an hour. Can’t ask for more than that. As long as they have employees like John, I will continue to make Titan my first call.

Titan was here to replace the switch on a sump pump they installed in 2023. The repair was covered by warranty and while Jon was here he made some adjustments that made the pump run quieter than it ever did in the past. I am forever grateful. Thank you , Titan!

My old water heater sprung a leak, and I called Titan to replace it. Two plumbers came out the next day, on time, with new water heaters stocked on their truck. They said it would take about 2 hours, and it did. The job looks great--top quality work. Recommended.

Titan Plumbing has helped us make a few home upgrades over the years (sump pump system; hot water heater). The new toliet installations this go around could not have gone any smoother. Only wish we had done the job sooner. Kudos to Jon and Reid, and the front office! Jon verified every detail prior to the final purchase order, including cost savings. The team was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Titan Plumbing is the only plumbing outfit for all your needs.

Jon was great in quickly diagnosing the problem and offering multiple solutions. After making our decision, he got the work done fast and we haven't had any issues since.

Unfortunately I needed the assistance of a plumber twice in 3 weeks, once to replace a leaky water heater and again to fix a backed up sewer. Titan made it a priority to fit me in day of and the plumbers Virginio and Jon were both professional, thorough, and took the time to diagnose the issues and come up with simple solutions. Highly recommend! Hopefully it’ll be longer than 3 weeks but I will call again next time!

They said it would be $40 to come out and inspect. Instead it was $250 on top of the $40 to actually do the Inspection. Why not just say that ahead of time before coming and wasting everyone's time? My family waited hours for them to show up for literally nothing.
