They installed a new waterheater. Very professional. Were there within the time frame I was given. Cleaned up after themselves. Showed me the new features. Showed me how to restart it if the pilot light would go out. Explained about the temperature. Moved the expansion tank we already had. I would highly recommend Titan Plumbing because of the great employees.

Jon from Titan was professional, friendly and helpful. We had a tricky issue and he figured it out and installed the new part we had purchased. I would highly recommend Titan for any plumbing issues. We have used them for a few issues and they have always been easy to work with.

Jon was great! He evaluated the work to be done and provided the cost.
It turned out that the job would require more work changing the quote and then explained why.
He was professional and courteous!

Had an issue with my hot water tank. Typically I feel like a service tech will just tell you to replace the tank. My tank is about 8 years old. The tech recommended replacing a part, which had to be ordered. After the part came in, Titian sent out the same tech, who was great to work with and knew my issue. He replaced the part at a much lower cost than replacing the tank and it has worked great ever since. Would recommend!

Jon has been the person from Titan that we have used thus far.....first time because they sent him and the second time because we requested him. Titan/Jon is always prompt, respectful of our home, interactive with us in an appropriate way and he knows what he is doing. Every issue we have had has been resolved the first time out and I believe at a competitive price. I have no reason not to recommend Titan.

My sump pump went out at 5pm on Thursday. Jon got to my house by 6pm, had new pump installed by 7pm same day. Walked me through all my options with solid advice and knowledge of the products. Amazing service, great prices and top notch customer service are why my family always uses Titan.

David did an excellent job replacing the hot and cold valves for our washing machine. I called them on Sunday morning and the technician was there at 11:30am and had everything finished in a little over an hour. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing.

Jon from Titan did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He determined the issue with our 11 year old HWH and together we decided to replace rather than repair. He had everything on the truck and we were back in hot water within a few short hours. Great service!

I was referred to Titan after another plumbing co pushed me hard to install a $4K system and said my backup pump was installed wrong and broken. I wasn't comfortable with this assessment, to say the least. The Titan employee came out the next day and saw no issues with my new pump. Further, he replaced a clamp which had broke, tested the backup, and found no issues with the pump. He also tested my ejector pump for my rough plumbing. Cost was under $200. Safe to say I've found a new company for my plumbing needs.

We had Titan replace our hot water heater this week. The entire experience was perfect. Starting with the estimate and through the install and clean up. Technicians we're extremely professional and provided exceeded communication throughout. The entire installation took place on time and was completed within the original provided timeframe. Throughout the installation the technicians kept us informed of their progress. When it was completed they ran through everything we needed to know about our new water heater. Great experience and we highly recommend Titan.

Fantastic service! Called with a none emergency issue and they made sure to come out the next day. The two techs that were sent Jon and Reed were very knowledgeable. Was referred to Titan from a friend of mine after a few less-than-optimal plumbing experiences. We contacted them in 2023 to replace and install a new backup battery. First off, their office/ scheduling team is courteous, appreciative, responsive, energetic, and informed. Second, their service tech (Jon) was polite, insightful, informative, and honest. Jon came out first to offer a consultation and then came back 10 days later to do the replacement. The charge for the consultation, was extremely reasonable. And to top it all off - their replacement price was 20% less than a local competitor. Expert service, competitive pricing, strong customer appreciation - that's a pretty good combo. It's really nice to have a plumber that appreciates your business. I think we have a new plumber!

Our plumber John was excellent. We had a genuine emergency and the office staff was very understanding and able to get someone out within 3 hours of my call. when John arrived he was very polite and quite knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient and the cost was very reasonable I would definitely recommend Titan to friends and family. Thank you for the great service!

David did a fantastic job replacing my defective water heater and was very professional, I could not be more satisfied!

Long story short, I nearly flooded our house when I cracked the washer on a valve on a DIY I was working on. Titan got to our home in a matter of hours, replaced the valve, finished the project I was working on, and the emergency rate didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Best of all, our plumber, Jon, was awesome. Super positive and knowledgeable, quick to help, and very efficient! Everything is good as new now thanks to Jon and the team at Titan!

I have called on Titan on multiple occasions and they have met my plumbing needs completely every time.

I recently had less than a pleasureable experience, paid over 1K and had to call them back 3 weeks later. Only to once again charge me because the job was not completed correctly. Unfortunately they do not seem to place a high priority on Customer Service. Monday will be 3 weeks I've been waiting for a resolution. Proceed with CAUTION!

I have been using Titan Plumbing for over 15 years and I am so glad I found them. Everytime I call their office Pam, answers promptly and is very helpful. Their prices are set so there are no surprises and they always show up within the estimated arrival window, which is hard to find now a days.
Today, David S. removed our existing pedestal sink and installed a new sink/vanity and touchless faucet. He was very professional and took time to protect the work area and thoroughly clean up before he left. David was very easy to work with and made sure I was happy with the installation before he secured everything. He did an amazing job and my new sink/vanity looks great! I highly recommend Titan Plumbing, you will not be disappointed.

I recently used Titan for an emergency plumbing service in the Linden area. I just wanted to note the professionalism of Jacob the service technician that preformed the service. He was extremely patient and helpful with diagnosing the issue and explaining the repair. Since this was a weekend service, I also want to express the polite and concerned nature of the person that took my phone call.
