Great experience with installing a new water heater. Very happy!

Bought the house recently, did not know any plumbing company in the area , Dan and his team changed our kitchen sink with a deeper sink , reinstalled the garbage disposal, had a leaky faucet in the bathroom they took care of it and had two outside hose speckets rusted on they took care of it all professionally, fast and like it was there own house . I highly recommend this company.

Wagner came recommended by a friend when we moved to Geneva and they have always done excellent work for all types of jobs. This morning we woke up to a failed water heater and, less than four hours after I called Wagner, we are back up and running with a new one. Will definitely keep their contact info handy.

Just a fantastic experience all the way around. Keith from Wagner Plumbing came out, and solved an old problem we had with a garage spigot. We had another plumber tell us in the past, there was nothing they could do with it. Keith was thorough, created a good solution, and we ended up with a perfect outcome. He was also worked and left the area clean, and took us through the steps of what he was doing, and was one of the best plumbers we have ever worked with. We know where we are going for Plumbing in the future!

My wife and I recently had a plumbing emergency in our basement. We spoke with Dan who scheduled Keith to come to our home first thing in the morning. Keith was professional, knowlegeable, and fixed our problem right away. We would absolutely recommend JL Wagner for any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with JL Wagner. I needed a new water line put in on short notice and they were able to come out and give me a quote on the same day I called and then do the work the very next day. Dan was a great guy to work with and gave me a very fair price. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need a plumber.

JL Wagner Plumbing is seriously the best! I spoke to them this morning about our ejector pump not shutting off. A great guy named, Keith, was at our home within an hour. Did some quick troubleshooting with my husband. The long and short of it, Keith had what we needed on his truck. No waiting for days for "the parts." Made the repairs for us today. Keith was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The old service sticker on our pump said Mendel Plumbing. Thank goodness I called JL Wagner Plumbing instead. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Highly Recommending J.L.Wagner Plumbing. The owner, Dan Wagner, was very responsive when my water heater broke. The technician stopped by right away to give me a quote - which was very competitive compared to some of the other quotes I had received from other companies. The quality of work is great; Keith is a great technicians and it was a pleasure working with him; work quality was immaculate.

I called Dan and within 24 hours had service started! We had a new 50 gallon Bradford water heater installed and Keith did a quick job, cleaned up after himself and insured everything worked before he left. JL Wagner has been our go to for over 20 years!

I called and spoke with Dan about a small project we had at our new home, Dan sent one of his workers out and we had an estimate within 24hrs., the price was fair and the work was top quality. When others said it couldn’t be done, Dans employee didn’t even blink at the opportunity of completing our tasks. So happy we used them for our project, I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need you may have. Dan and his crew are super nice and respectful for your home as well and the work shows pride in what they do!

Jamie was terrific. Very personable, explained what went wrong and why, fixed it quickly and cleaned up before he left. I told him to leave me several cards and we now have them plastered around plumbing in the house so we know to call these guys next time.

I had two other bids to replace my ejector pump. One was $1600, one was $1200, and Wagner came in at $1020. They were also able to get someone here less than 24 hours after I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
