I give it 2 stars, mainly on how Pam in dispatch was able to get someone out here on a Saturday afternoon. That said, I was quoted $600 on a flush valve replacement beacuse I needed a "full tank rebuild". When I asked the guy how mich a brand new toilet costs, he quoted $600. Pretty much just stormed off after I declined. $40 to tell me I needed a part they didn't carry basically. Not terrible for a weekend service call for what it's worth

Called on a Sunday, and they came out Monday. Problem was identified, and the tech David was able to get the part and make the repairs the same day.

This company does not know what they are doing. They will keep charging you a lot. I paid $310.88 for a plumbing problem that he was not able to fixed. He demanded another $1200 to fixed it by creating a hole in the master’s bathroom but needs to order the parts first which will take possibly more than a week before he can do anything. I called MLB plumbing, he came the same day and was able to fix the problem for $600. Don’t use this company if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Titan came out quickly when our sump pump went out. Lou was very professional and answered all our questions. He gave us all our options and the prices so we could choose the sump pump we wanted. Many plumbers just give one option, and that’s what they install. That is what our old plumber did. Lou patiently trained an apprentice plumber that day, even though they were very busy. Lou came back again to install a new backup pump and used a special camera to check our drain tile which also needs work. It was backing up during the heavy rain. This is a really good plumbing company. I would definitely use them again. The company we always used told us to get someone else because they were too busy that day due to heavy rains. Titan is so helpful and cares about the quality of service they provide to their customers.

Worked with titan plumbing since we moved into the house and they have been amazing. Recently added a clean out since out house didn’t have one and it’s made fixing any plumbing problems a breeze. david was on site doing amazing work and thoroughly explained the issue and what the options are. Pam was great at coordinating any updates that would come up and wanted to make sure that my plumbing problems were no more. highly recommend.

Titan always delivers. I went down to my basement New Year’s Eve and found my hot water heater leaking. A quick call to Titan and they had a plumber out to my place within 2 hours and a new water heater installed shortly after. They were professional, tidy and skilled. I highly recommend these guy!!

Out of the 4 places I called this morning they were the only ones that had a person actually pick up the phone. Schedule a service call for the afternoon but I was able to finally unclog my toilet. I called the cancel and it was smooth with no pressure for them to still come out. If I ever have a plumbing issue I will be coming to Titan.

Absolutely wonderful we are happy with Titan. We were pretty much in a jam not only one clog. We had three clogs in our master bedroom and our kitchen and in our laundry room. I know nothing about Plumbing or how to find somebody so I went on the Internet. I found about 10 plumbers and I checked for reviews, after talking to a few plumbers some of them absolutely were scared to work at my home so that terrified me and my wife we didn’t think we’re gonna find any Plumber since we had an old home, wow when I got to tighten I told him I need somebody very experience they sent out Dave, not only did he make us feel calm and cool. He said will be able to do the job. He didn’t turn it down. He actually went over everything with the Plumbing with us and sat down with us and told us what it was our option we said let’s just get it all done so he came on a Saturday not only did he fix one room, but he was able to fix all three rooms my laundry room, my master bedroom and my kitchen. Our plumbing is running great better than before and trust me. Our pipes were really bad so I wanna take Titan and Dave especially for helping us out when we really need them not only do I recommend them. They’re the only people we’re gonna use for our Plumbing trust me if I can give them 10 stars I will let me tell you this they’re pricing was unbelievable. We can afford it. Me and my wife are on a budget. Tighten worked with us. He went over every job and how much it was gonna be. I appreciate that.

Honest, professional, knowledgeable. I got a few quotes from several places for a hot water heater replacement and Jon provided a fair price with no games. Upon working on the heater, he was able to solve an issue with my planned heater and made everything work perfectly. He will be the first one I reach out to for any plumbing work!

Dorr plumbing comes through again, this morning I woke up to water by our floor drain, call Dorr about 10 am and they were at my house around 12:30
Did the rooting thing and cleaned out our trap. Little over an hour we had our water running with no clogs.
They are the best.

THESE GUYS ARE HONEST AND A GREAT COMPANY. These guys saved me thousands of dollars on unnecessary work other companies wanted to do. THESE ARE GUYS YOU CAN TRUST. I will never use another plumbing company again and will recommend Dorr to anyone.

Cameron was super helpful! He quickly solved our plumbing problem at a good price and took the time to make sure we knew the right way to flush the system when he was done. Good service!
