I had a leaky valve on my hot water tank and called for help. Dean chatted with me about the problem for a few minutes and arranged to come the next day. He communicated well, showed up on time, and took care of the leak. He was very friendly and took time to explain the options and cost. Dean is one of the good people! My water heater stopped producing hot water and rather than him saying, let’s replace the whole water heater .We figured it out. We used Dean and the Water Heater Guys about a month ago for several items in our house (shower diverter, install of new faucet drain connector and broken/stuck shut off) He is fully knowledgeable in all plumbing! The prices were extremely reasonable, presented professionally and broken down for each item on what was needed and its specific cost. Dean was great! He replaced our old water heater along with new copper piping. Also, he was able to assess other areas of our house that might need plumbing updates in the future. Very knowledgeable and straight forward!

I needed to do a complete overhaul of our bathroom due to a rotten floor and damaged walls. Since I was gutting the bathroom, I wanted to make it work for our family better. Dean came out and talked me through options, confirmed my dream tub could work in the space, and then worked with us to make sure everything was perfect.
Despite a few setbacks, and having to make multiple trips out here (the toilet was damaged in shipping, for example - nothing Dean did), Dean stayed positive and professional and got everything completed in a timely fashion. Plus, he gave a recommendation for a tile guy and HE was fantastic, too!

I contacted Dean earlier with an issue I was experiencing with my hot water heater. Due to it being the weekend there was an extra fee. And due to my work schedule I would not be able to be home the next day. Not only did Dean listen to my issues and diagnose the issue over the phone, he told me how to fix it myself, being that it was a pretty simple fix. I was beyond grateful because nowadays some companies just want your money. Dean is very personable, professional, cares about his customers, and just a great at what he does. If you need a water heater installed, call Dean! I did -- on a Sunday. He parachuted in, easily wrangled my new 200-pound unit down to my basement without even scuffing a doorframe or breaking a sweat. Dean installed the 50-gal unit/expansion tank/drip pan in one hour. One hour! Super-clean soldering, and he hauled away my old unit. The man knows his business. Professional, polite and engaging.
