Dean has been nothing short of incredible. I cannot recommend him and his company enough. He's helped me with everything from the very basic, (pilot light, changing out a faucet, drain cleaning) to the really big projects (replacing a damaged sewer pipe). Super happy with the services I've recieved!

This is the company to call right here. I called a few before I found the water heater guys and between membership fees and other things they were trying to sell me on. I was looking at a hefty price. Not only was the pricing way more reasonable and fair but the service was top level as well. Dean fixed my leaking water heater in no time. Appreciate it and can’t recommend enough!

I had an excellent experience with The Water Heater Guys and can’t recommend them highly enough. Dean, the company’s owner, personally came out to provide the proposal, and after being awarded the job, he returned and completed the entire installation himself. That level of ownership and pride in workmanship really showed.

The installation was extremely clean and professional. Dean used compression fittings for all of the copper plumbing, which isn’t something I was used to seeing, but it looks very clean and, most importantly, is completely leak-free. He installed two 40-gallon Bradford White water heaters, which are well known in the industry for being very reliable and highly rated, so I feel confident in the long-term quality of the system.

My previous GE water heaters had finally succumbed to years of hard water calcium and scale buildup. While they weren’t leaking, they simply weren’t producing enough hot water anymore. The old setup had the tanks installed in series (one feeding into the other), but Dean reconfigured the new system in parallel, allowing both tanks to draw cold water and distribute hot water evenly. This not only makes much more sense performance-wise, but it also meets current code requirements in most municipalities.

I received several estimates from other plumbing companies that also work with Bradford White, and Dean’s pricing stood out as fair, honest, and transparent. There were no surprises, just straightforward communication and quality work.

I’m extremely satisfied with the results and will absolutely be recommending Dean and The Water Heater Guys to friends and family. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest, and professional service, this is the company to call.

I gave a 1 star because they don’t have a no star! I scheduled an appointment to get a bath tub conversion, was suppose to come between 9:00 am and 9:30 am, wasted my morning waiting until 10:30, NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO NOTHING! I called at 10:30 they said they had me down for 9:30 to 10:30, yeah right? It was ALREADY 10:30! ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

it's hard to find trustworthy plumbers. I will say that I've felt very comfortable with TriTek as I feel they are honest and are not trying to sell me something i don't need.

They came to my house after I was scammed $600 by Jose, from Craigslist. They get x my problem at a great price. I called them a year later, they fix my hot water heater and put it under customer currency . I will recommend this company to anyone. Great reseanably prices and job well done

Joel showed up without any tools. Went into my attic and worked for less than 60 seconds. He then came downstairs and told me it was fixed and that I owed him $100.00 because it was a Saturday and took him away from his children. I said no. We agreed to $60.00 and I wasn't happy about that. Later that evening I didn't have hot water again. Joel came back free of charge the next day and said he couldn't fix it.

We had a pipe burst in our attic. My husband was out of town. We used someone else who was dishonest and did not complete the job leaving us without water for days. I came home from work and noticed water in our master closet. I called Tritek Plumbing and “Tommy” told me he’d be here first thing in the morning. I called Tri-Tek plumbing because my upstairs shower was leaking through a vent in my downstairs laundry room. Tommy showed me what the issue was and I am very happy with the pricing and quality of the work. Professional company. I will call them next time I'm in a bind with a plumbing issue.

Earlier this week I noticed a spot in my kitchen where mold was growing along a section of the wall. I had also been hearing some noises in the walls piping when I turned on and off the water at the kitchen sink. So I called Tri-Tek Plumbing.

Owner Tommy answered the phone and listened to me explain the situation and put me at ease that he would be able to handle the problem quickly.

When he arrived on site, I was immediately impressed with Tommy's courtesy and professionalism. He was also very knowledgeable and it didn't take him long to find the culprit: a leaky pipe.

During an ice storm, a water line burst in our attic. Tommy came out quickly and fixed the problem. He was courteous, professional and incredibly responsive. He fixed the leak on his first visit and charged an extremely fair price. When he left our house, he fixed a burst pipe for the senior lady who lives next door when he found out she needed help. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you Tommy!

BEST PLUMBER IN SPRING. SEMI LOG STORY AHEAD. Noticed water bubbles forming in the roof in our kitchen late at night. Called Tri-Tek to see if they could come out and they made it here in less than 30 minutes. I worked specifically with a gentleman named Tommy. He was extremely professional and kind and was able to identify the leak quickly with our galvenized pipes in our attic. He didnt pressure me into working specifically with Tri-Tek. He just explained what the situation was and gave me a quote. This was our 4th leak in the last year and a half, and Tommy quoted me with hands down the best/most reasonable price that I have seen in any of my 4 leak repairs (talking near half the price of competitors I have worked with). He fixed the leak in less than 30 minutes and was on his way. Tommy's quick response and excellent service made me focus less about the fact that our pipes continue to leak, and more about the fact that we just found ourself a plumber for life. Cant thank Tri-Tek enough.

During the recent freeze in Spring, TX one of my pipes in the attic burst and flooded a bedroom. Tommy came out, found the pipe, fixed several breaks in the pipe, and charged us a very reasonable price. The next day we found that our hot water heater was not working. Tommy came back out and replaced it 2 days later. He does quality work, is responsive, and professional. I strongly recommended his company, Tri Tek Plumbing.
