Tommy came out on such short notice. He replace the hot water heater the same day and made sure to update the venting which was not to code. The pricing and warranty were better than other companies that quoted me.

We were dealing with recurring sewer line backups, and after trying other companies with no luck, we finally called this drain and sewer specialist—and I’m so glad we did! They recommended hydro jetting to fully clear out the buildup in our main sewer line, and the results were amazing.

Joe “Bear” Humphrey is the best plumber / technician I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to proven solve. We had a slow drain, dripping bathtub faucet and three showers that were dripping water instead of jetting them. All of the issues were fixed for a very reasonable price. Bear is also excellent at conversation and a pleasure to talk to. I am Zoom Drain Man for life!

To be honest, I had never heard of Zoom Drain until today. But that's due to never having a major plumbing issue in the past. But now that I've found them, I officially have a first-call plumbing service.

I contacted them very late Sunday night due to my toilet backing up into my shower. Yuck! They responded immediately. They informed me they would have a technician at my home between noon and 3pm Monday. He arrived hours earlier, at around 9:30am.

My tech was Doug. He is very professional, respectful and extremely polite. After I explained my problem to him, he did an inspection of my bathrooms, and told me my options. Once I chose my option, he went right to work. Within half an hour, he flushed out my system. Everything that was backed up in the toilets, shower and bathtub, had drained away. My pipes are like brand new again! He also gave me some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again.

If you are lucky enough to have Doug sent to your home or business for a repair, don't let his young age fool you. He knows what he's doing. He is very knowledgeable and efficient at his craft.

Great experience!! Was having issues with my drainage system with my restrooms and Doug had came, gave me what the issue was and explained what exactly he was going to do to help this problem but not only that he as well gave tips on how to help prevent this in the long run ! Amazing !! Will continue to go with zoom drain and will ask for Doug every time if possible !!

I can't begin to emphasize enough the professionalism and timeliness of Doug and the whole Zoom Drain team. We had a toilet back up and needed it cleared and Doug stopped by to help out. Not only did he let me know what was the likely issue, but he was also thorough in letting me know other possible issues and how they could come up and what to plan for if that was the case, while also not doing anything without approval and making sure it worked for us. I'm a realtor in the Houston area and I'll be urging any clients I have to do work with them for anything along the I-10 Corridor to make sure that my clients have great service from honest people moving forward.

Donnell is awesome! He’s come to my home twice now to fix drainage issues and I have no complaints. He’s very polite and thorough. He explains what he’s going to do beforehand and both times, he finished faster than the time he estimated. Once he’s finished, he provides photos of the problem and shows that he did take care of it. My pup even likes him. 🤭
